One of the best staffs u could ever ask for in retail. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and eager to assist u with your shopping needs. Just friendly people who obviously enjoy what they do and it shows. I wish more retail businesses operated in this manner.

I’ve been in here many times and it seems like I’m intentionally being ignored until today. I came in here because I like the clothing and have spent hundreds of dollars at this store and other express store locations. Today I walked in with the intention of buying several suits and was told I can’t try them on. How are you supposed to try a suit with out trying them on? My job requires that I wear suits and even I know you have to try it on before you buy because every suit runs different. Am I supposed to inconvenience myself and keep coming back and returning suits until I find the one that fits? I won’t be coming back. It’s disappointing because I was hoping to buy several hundred dollars worth in suits. If they make commission they missed a huge sale.

The worst customer service ever. Managers there are garbage
