The UPS Store

This UPS location is always quick and easy to find as it's located right on the main road. I've never seen it busy in here. The staff that works there are very nice and they're able to assist you in what ever you need. They have the standard post office supplies like bubble wrap, boxes, stamp, tape and mail boxes and printer etc. I like that I can get everything in one place. Check them out!

I print my own labels and package at home.. the rest is very easy with ups and very friendly staff

This is the best UPS Store location in the Capital District. The employees here were so wonderful and helpful I cannot say enough wonderful comments. I went yesterday and had a very heavy Amazon box to return. The employees asked if I needed help. I said yes. The female employee went and got the hand truck, came out to my car, got the box out put it on the hand truck d brought it in for me. I realized in UPS that I had not removed my original label and other stuff. They told me not to worry about it that they would take care of it and told me to have a good day. Thanks staff!!! GREAT JOB!! (I first posted a negative comment about the western avenue location.)

The assistance was top-notch. I went there to send some broken earbuds to the manufacturer and the young lady there hooked me up and was very helpful, courteous, and professional. She made the whole process seem like a breeze.

The Indian woman at this location has such a nice aura and tone in her voice. Excellent customer service. I've been to many UPS stores and it's rare to find friendly workers! This is my go-to UPS store in the Capital Region.

Shalin (spelling) is always super friendly!! Every time I go in I’m greeted with a smile. She’s quick & efficient. I skip the post office and always go there for either UPS services or USPS. Shalin has also helped me out when I thought I packaged something properly and she suggests I do something safer. Just wanted to give a shout out to an awesome worker!! I hope UPS sees this.

If you see a line out the door and a young guy named alex at the register. Just know that he is as fast as lighting and you be at the front in no time. Hes quick and Profesional. Knows how to do his job!!! Good hiring this guy UPS

I've been going to this UPS store since 2012 and it consistently has efficient service and above-average customer service. Keep up the good work!

I owe this store an apology for accusing them for stealing my package, I had a big misunderstanding caused by delayed update on the UPS tracking website. I've learnt that ground shipment can be delayed at a normal pace. I'm sorry for the accusation

Employee Shalin is absolutely amazing. She clarified and resolved a few concerns I had in regards to shipping, her energy was positive and quite frankly contagious. I left there in a better mood. Thank you Shalin, the smallest acts makes the difference in the day.

There a bit far but there good a small location not too crowded and respectful witch if I don’t understand they will help me with the situation or product.

In my experience, this is the best UPS Store in the local area. The staff is knowledgeable, nice, and always smiling. They always put the customer first. I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to try it.

Always fast & easy, good customer service

Fast in, fast out. And they don't let phone callers 'Cut in line', they ask them to hold, that seems to irk some callers, too bad, it's how all business should be run.

I went in to return a package to Amazon. Whole process took less than 30 secs. Very courteous and efficient.

I’ve mailed packages from here a handful of times. The staff is professional and fast.
