The UPS Store

Went to the store yesterday to get number of things done at the same time including printing, motorizing & mailing a very important package. Ariana was very professional, helpful & kind. Great great service. Thank you very much!!

Today at about 2:10 pm est I had to use this UPS store to ship out a couple packages to Amazon.
The employee Robert was fantastic. Super knowledgeable, super helpful, and despite being the only one at the time at least for 30 minutes helping a dozen customers by himself.
His patience, enthusiasm help everyone and ability to give an extra helpful advice all while helping multiple people should be noticed by local and regional leadership. Robert was unbelievably friendly the entire. Very grateful for his help.

I visited this store about two weeks ago. I found this office to be clean and nice appearance. I was greeted the moment I walked in. Kenny helped me find an appropriate box for the item I was shipping. He was friendly, helpful and personable. THANK YOU

I had a document that needed to be faxed to the GA government. After getting a busy signal a few times, the staff offered to continue trying between customers. The Mgr, after more attempts, suggested that I could leave and check back with them by phone. They were above and beyond helpful and courteous.
After checking with them over the next few days, they offered to shred my document to keep me from having to return. I appreciated great service, thoughtful options presented, so 5 stars for great customer service.

This UPS store is a great spot to take care of all your shipping needs. I have dropped off many packages and they are always fast, efficient and friendly. The always have me moving on in a matter of minutes or quicker. Highly recommended for getting that shipping taken care of in a hurry. Never had any problems with their work here.

“The Bald guy” has always been great to me. The bald guy I am referring to is Alex.
He knows to pull my items from my Mailbox when he sees me on Line. Alex has always given me professional attention that gets me in and out in a timely manner as well as answering my questions when it comes to shipping. I mostly deal with Alex because he is almost always there for me when I arrive. I appreciate his service! Keep up the good work Alex!

This store always takes time to help me, even when I'm using them for a drop off. I recently had a snafu where someone in my household mailed out packages for me, but based on the receipt I realized they had put on the wrong labels which could have ruined my reputation as a seller. I called the store and they went out of their way to dig out my packages, read back to me the contents and ensured that they went to the correct addresses. They literally saved the day for me.

The staff are very helpful! It's more than 3 years that I have my mailbox there. I am receiving all my packages on time. I love this place! Thank you 🙏

I cannot understand why this location does not have more stars for it's rating. I've been here several times now. Hands down the friendliest staff that you get you taken care of as quickly as they can. I have come here for them to ship my Amazon returns and it's always a breeze. The staff is very courteous!!!

Had two Amazon returns and two comcast returns to process through UPS. Deborah was awesome! Took care of all of our returns quickly and with a smile the entire time. Thanks Deborah!

Excellent Customer Service Provided Here! All of the team Members are great and extra willingingly to help you with any of your UPS NEEDS!! They also Print,Scan,Fax, SHRED,and Email services.

I go into this store quite a bit and the girls that work there are always very niceand friendly. They helped me with a pretend shipping label to surprise my husband with a gift! So kind and thoughtful!
