Savers

This store is a real asset to Marlborough. I've been to other Savers stores and I cant wait to get out. This one is well organized and the people are usually friendly. I make all the donations I can to this store, and buy whenever I see something I need.

If you went here to donate and had one experience then went to the Framingham location to donate, you would be surprised they are the same business. Typically, I go to the other location which has made me jump through so many hoops, I really would rather light a match than donate.

This location helped me place my car in just the right spot to be moving around the car. The other location did not give this level of instruction.

This location was THERE (lol) this sounds weird. I have donated to the Framingham location 4 times and whomever is working there has abandoned their post. I have to go into the store to find someone who works there and even then once I had to stand in line with customers to speak to the only available employee.

This person was available! OK, so the Framingham location has - on more than one occasion - tried to play it like I can't donate, after I already spoke to someone on the phone prior to the drive out who said I could. At that place and time...

This person made quick work of my donation materials! They gave just enough instruction about sorting books / clothing / shoes / electronics ... they took everything and I really was expecting to have to find solutions for some oddball items but the guy had a category for everything. In Framingham, they tell you "we don't take that".

The guy working the donation at this Savers _really_ loved his job! He even put on my kid's old light up sequin hat I was donating and said "now I have a new hat". "Yes, you do, sir. Yes, you do. Also, I think that needs batteries."

Having the history with Savers that I do, I was mentally ready for a horrible experience. I had no idea this could be so pleasant!

Great size store with great prices. More importantly, the staff & store manager are very nice! I didn't catch the managers name but she was SUPER helpful and patient. I decided to sign up for a rewards card at checkout (as the store was closing). I ran into every error imaginable, I was so anxious bc I hate to be the person doing stuff like that when a store is closing. She was so calm & pleasant while overriding all the errors that were happening. I'm new to this store but bc of the great experience I had I make a trip here a couple times a week with my son and we usually have some great finds! Highly recommend!!!

Found some nice sheets and a blanket. A set of glasses for 3.99. Clean, fast and easy. I didn't like that i had to pay .10cents for paper bags. So bring your own bag. I also got a braun coffee grinder for 2.99 and the furniture is unbelievable. You need to check this place out of you are strapped for money but need things for your home.

Favorite store eveeer!!!! Just got this power recliner chair. I always find the coolest things there.

Best Savers store I've been to. Bright, organized and staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Always fresh high quality clothing and accessories. Sign up to their email list to be notified about 50% off sales. They give me a coupon every time I donate too.

I've been to this store once before and shopped there because I got a 30% coupon after donating some things. I got some house stuff that day and the coupon made me pay even less. Awesome deal!
Today I came back and I finally looked at all the clothes, one by one!! I have to say that I was impressed and couldn't believe that I was shopping there only after 4 years that I've been to the USA.
Earlier I had just left 2 other stores and was frustrated because I didn't find what I needed. At Savers I bought 7 pieces of clothes for so cheap. Everything I bought looks brand new! Man, it was a such a good deal! I'll always go back there for sure. The staff was helpful and adorable to me!

One of the better Saver's I've been to. It has a reasonable selection at reasonable prices. Things tend to be in good condition but this store is always busy.

I love this place. The staff are really nice and friendly. For a thrift store, it is super organized. The prices are so super cheap. If you sign up for the email list you can get dates where all of the clothes are 50% off, which happens about once a month. They have a frequent donator card, that will give you a discount aft you donate unwanted goods to them.

My only suggestion is that the dressing rooms are super super dusty.

I try and donate anything I can. This is one of my favorite places to go on a treasure hunt. It's my belief that you must give to receive...on that note, I like to donate before shopping. Plus Saver's has a lot of promotions for a good cause. It feels good to donate--and spend money at a non profit. I met Carol, one of the managers, has a warm and inviting way about her customer service--making me a loyal customer for life.

They always have amazing prices. I can never go in and not walk out with anything. Their children's section and clothing Is very reasonably priced. And you can get designer purses for less than $20. I love this store One of my favorite

Savers has always good deals! , The Marlborough, Mass store is very clean, and looks very organized also it has good quality Items compared to their framingham Mass store

Big selection, clean, and kind workers. Always find some good items there and for very reasonable prices, can easily get 3+ items for $10 or less.

Very good store if you are trying to be frugal but look good ! Very neat and clean store; feels like you are shopping in a department store .

Savers is a great place to shop good-quality used clothes, housewares, furniture, music CD/DVDs and books... for a fraction of the prices of new items.

Good Stuff for the price if you ever need good clothes, shoes, baby clothes off all seasons they got them for a really good and affordable price.
