Definitely the home of 40K in Tampa! Regular players and super nice community and staff. Prices for models extremely reasonable (15% off MSRP, about as good as it gets!!), often even beating Amazon or other online prices. Never do I have to whisper to my friend "just get it online" because the prices are so awesome here!! Good selection of hobby products, board games, magic stuff, all of it. Great gaming space, great people. Worth traveling out for, even if it's a distant drive.

Always have a great experience here. Lane is the best customer service person at the store because she knows most of everything there's not a question she hasn't been able to answer about magic. They do not sell Pokemon items here but they do sell a lot of board games a lot of d&d stuff a lot of Warhammer items and magic.

Not only is everyone there friendly and willing to help as I was learning warhammer, the clerks are very informative about any question you could have. Was given an in depth breakdown of each deck from the new mtg commander set which helped me make my decision. I’d recommend armada to anyone and everyone who likes tabletop games.

Very glad to have found this shop. The staff is very knowledgeable of their inventory and knows how to set you up right. Thanks again to the young lady behind the register in setting up my MTG options. Will definitely be back, when in town again.

Awesome service wasn’t able to visit the store while in Florida but ordered some 40k miniatures and arrived in good time and where well packaged. 5/5 would recommend and next time im down to Florida will definitely visit and spend more money. :)

Awesome local game store! Whatever games you are into from warhammer to mtg, they have it all! It's a great place to play games with a large community!

Nice and friendly staff. They have a good selection of warhammer, cards, games and RPGs. The majority of the space is for playing games and they have a good selection of games you can demo.

Literally my one stop shop for everything warhammer these guys have stock and prices that nobody can beat I pass atleast 6 other stores when I drive an hour to come here if that says how good they are alone

This is one of the best, if not THE best game store for Magic The Gathering in the city.
The first time I came, I gave a list of cards I wanted, and they had almost everything, which is impressive given the kind of cards I was looking for. The system they have also allowed me to see how much it would cost to buy the cards before they pulled the cards for us, which is the first place I saw doing it in Tampa!
The staff was very nice while I waited and worked relatively fast.
There were places to sit and play as well, which is great. Their products on display were also very well organized and had basically everything a player may want. The staff also knew very well about the products, which made it easy for me to ask questions.

In summary, I had a very good time as it is now. Amazing store 🔥

Michael (owner) is awesome. I bring my Girl Scouts in to play games. He takes the time to explain and review. He is great about making sure the the place is family friendly. My girls love it and they always want to go back.

I was pleasantly surprised at how small but packed this place was. Humble exterior but impressive store; they have an incredible amount of Warhammer, LoTR, and board games inventory at really great prices. Armada is actually able to be competitive with Amazon!

They also have a great playing room that they could easily turn into more store space but they want to support the community and allow for tabletop gamers. All in all, for my first time here I was impressed and the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. I can't recommend this store enough for tabletop gaming.

Got a great gaming mat for DMing and looked into one of the events they were holding. It was great for a nerd like me!

Nice big tables, drinks are about $1, and clean restrooms.

Love going to this place to stock up on minis, paints, files, and my favorite extremely tiny detail brushes. They don't always have Everything I'm looking for in stock, but that's how brick-n-mortar stores work! So I just keep coming back.

Prices very fair compared to the Games Workshop MSRP. We did not play any games but we did purchase some models. Cool store all around.

I can say that Armada is the best game store I've ever been too. When I first moved to Tampa it was a second home to me, the place I met all my new friends , and the most warm and welcoming establishment a newcomer could find. Flash forward over a decade and a half later, I haven't been able to get out and hobby like I used to for almost a decade and I start going to game nights at Armada and what do I find? That it's the same warm, welcoming, supportive store that I remember. Tons of free board games for people to spend hours having fun learning, excellent selection of game supplies, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and incredibly supportive and engaging store ownership who value their patrons. Many thanks to everyone who works there and to Micheal and Aaron who make Armada a place I'll take my daughter to as she grows into gaming.

I didn't think much of it when I looked it up, but I was sincerely blown away by how ginormously huge they're 40k selection is. I literally went to games workshop to find something a paint, a character this that and the other thing yeah and each time I would find myself headed to this shop instead of games, workshop and each and every time I find it right there sitting on the shelf as opposed to games workshop who has to order it. I can't speak any higher without being a Warhammer store. This is probably the best Warhammer store for most of the state

Just received my order from them. Everything was packed nice inside and nothing was damaged. There was one thing wrong with the order, but after a phonecall they were able to address the issue. Thanks Dave

The amount of space for TCG and TTRPG was great and very well thought out and planned. The atmosphere was very welcoming the regulars that happened to visit the store, I a blast to hang out with, Converse with, and play against in MTG Commander. The selection of miniatures and paints there was actually really well varied, and their selection of cards is something to be envied. Overall I had a great time while they're granted it took me about an hour to get there but for anyone that lives far from Temple terrace all I have to say is this, this place is well worth the drive.

Wow. It takes a lot for me to write a review but this place deserves every star. Michael was such a great hub of knowledge! He did an amazing job helping us newbies while keeping his Magic “players?” going. The fact that a previous employee was there shopping, speaks volumes! And we made a new friend. I can already tell they made us customers for life. Can’t wait to join a D&D night!
