This is a great location. The shelves are always tidy. Properly stocked and organized.
The merchandise is standard to what you'd find at any other Michael's. They are geared towards crafters that enjoy painting, drawing, paper crafts, Cricut-type vinyl projects, baking/cake decoration, kid crafts, jewelry making, framing, knitting/crochet, wood crafts, epoxy resin creations, and even some cosplay creation materials! I've found that this location doesn't run out of stock as much as others. You won't find as many empty spots where your items should be.
The staff is friendly and helpful to the best of their abilities. I've never felt impatient with a long line here. They DO accept tap to pay if you prefer it or have lost your bank card, like I so often do. 😅

Michael’s remains the largest arts/crafts store in North America. This store in the Easton area thrives as a representation of what the other stores do - provide arts, crafts, framing, floral, home décor, and seasonal merchandise to craft enthusiasts okay with paying more for higher quality products and services.

What’s strange is some of their prices actually sound more than reasonable. Then you look at others that you can only imagine represent the best products of the best. If you’re looking for a deal, check out the clearance sections!

Great place to get various art and craft supplies. I do wish they still carried rub-on transfers, bc Dollar Tree never had any new or of variety..
Staff here are also very friendly and are helpful as they can be.

Love Michael's. Sucks that the prices are so dang high. But at least the staff is friendly and they offer coupons.

As always great prices. The two cashiers we brand new and both are high school students; which is great because sometimes even with working papers it's hard for teen to find employers willing to hire them. The young lady was my cashier; despite showing he was a little nervous,she did great. She was polite, professional, and cool under pressure!

I can’t say enough good things about the framers at this store! Miriah and Trina helped me troubleshoot a Christmas framing disaster. The result was affordable but honestly the best part of the experience was their exceptional customer service.

Easy to find everything I needed. Very well stocked and cleaned. Will definitely be coming back again soon for more supplies

I wish I could say there's something I don't like about this place but I can't. The reason why i wish that is because I can easily spend 500.00 at this place in one trip. However Im a BAB so i have to tend to keep it under 50.00 or 25.00. This is a creative persons playground. And the prices have gotten better over the years especially since the OTHER big craft store opened. Both have their unique points and both have every reason for me to want to just MOVE IN! I could be happy living here for the rest of my life lol Believe it or not I actually found Waldo here! The Spanish version. No worries though it was all in good fun, he found it hilarious that I pointed that out and took a selfie himself and posted it on Instagram, stating he was Waldo and he found himself 😉

Do not order online unless you want. Blush pink. Because I ordered purple sunset and I got blushed pink which I had to return. Em when I called, they said the only thing you're gonna get is blushed thing. They won't send any other color I don't understand how do you? Run a business and not sell the color that you want.

1st time I've been there it's quite overwhelming it's a big store and they got a lot craft stock.
All Shelves are Stocked and well maintain.
Stories Is clean and well maintained.
Restrooms are clean and well maintained.
Employees friendly and helpful and polite.

Wish I had paid attention to names because I went the other night and everyone was super nice and helpful! Had a nice chat (mainly about the fact that I need to remember to get a cart for once), got help finding what I needed so I didn't leave with only half my things (it happens way too often), and even answered my questions about the nearby stores! Never been to that Michaels before but it was close to the other stores I was going to and I'd definitely go back!

Clean store, never over crowded (even black friday!), new store pickup option is awesome! They always have what I needed no matter how niche and it's always at a great price! Ask the cashier at check out about coupons and they usually hook you up or tell you how to find them!

I love this store. They always have grest sales going on. I go there for yarn, decor, storage needs, art supplies, and baking supplies. Everything I have purchased there has been of great quality. The yarn selection is limited at times but you can order a larger quantity and variety online. They always have coupons for 40 or 50% off one one item, sometimes that includes sale items as well. They have classes, for both adults and children. Sometimes you have to pay, sometimes they're free and you just need to bring supplies. The kids classes, in my, experience, have always included supplies. They're definitely easy and simple enough for the kid to do the project with out help from and adult. My children like going to Michael's as well, and we go pretty frequently.

My favorite craft store!!! They always have the best sales and everything i need for any projects i have. They are currently having a "summer sale" and so much stuff is 50%-60% off!! I got like $125 worth of home decor and arts and crafts for less than $50! Best day ever :D
