Vivianie the pharmacist went over and beyond to provide an update on a medication that was out of stock. Vivianie was very sweet and so helpful that I felt like I was a member of the Walgreens family. Someone please forward this up to corporate, her compassion and approach to her customers needs to be highlighted and recognized. Vivianie if you see this, thank you so much for the support and care you provide your patients and customers.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and organised. Being open 24/7 is a plus. Just wish they’d have security because of all the questionable people.

Had a script sent over from a community Walgreens. Called and asked if I could get my prescription filled ASAP. They filled it way early than expected and I didn't have to drive back home.. awesome customer service. Thank you

I visited Campbell/Ft Lowell Walgreens today to pick up my daughter's medication for her U of A Outreach trip to Ghana. One of her medications is not covered by our insurance and so we have to pay the full price. NADEGE who is working at the pharmacy is so nice that she gave my daughter a discount for the medication. It was a relief because the medication is a little expensive. NADEGE Thank you for helping us. I hope there are more people like you who are always willing to help.

This Walgreens is superior to any other I have visited in Tucson. The Pharmacy staff is always courteous and thorough. Tiffany, the Head Pharmacist is amazing. Tiffany identified an antibiotic prescription that had the potential to cause me to have a serious reaction. John, Andrea, the entire Pharmacy staff is AMAZING. Please tell them.
The staff in the store are courteous, helpful. Someone always greets you at the corner of Happy and Healthy. The cosmetic ladies are helpful, especially the senior associate in the cosmetics department. She has worked for Walgreens, in cosmetics, for many years. When she is working I am careful to make sure she rings up my items. I cannot remember her name at the moment.
This store understands what customer service is all about. I trust the pharmacy like I trust my doctor. The service provided at this store is personal and warm.

Nadege helped me get my prescription for my school trip to Ghana. She helped me learn more about how to prepare for my trip and helped me to avail of discounts for my Malaria and Z-PAK meds. Great service!

Great experiences, been going for 2 years, the store is clean, staff is very professional, and the Pharmacy is the best! Always able to answer my questions, and quick service even when busy.

So s coworker and I both needed non-passport passport photos for EPA IDs for the company we work for. So we both go to Walgreens at Campbell and Fort Lowell. We go to the well staffed Photo center. We were quickly greeted and asked if we needed help. We explained that we both needed non-passport passport photos for work related IDs. The young lady assisting us quickly grabbed a camera, pulled a background screen down, and brought a stool over in front of the screen. She sat us down one at a time, asked us to remove or masks, hats and glasses. She then instructed us not to smile for the picture, which later prove proved extremely challenging for my second picture when I couldn't stop laughing. She quickly and efficiently produced two photos each, after photo shopping and cutting them to passport size. The Photo center staff was fast, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable in all aspects of their jobs.

The staff at Walgreens are rude and look like they hate life. But in this occasion I had a very nice experience at Walgreens thanks to "Betty Jo" she was friendly, considerate and FRIENDLY! thanks to her I will be coming back more often. Thank you "Betty Jo" for making Walgreens a better place to shop!

Thank you to the two women in cosmetics last night who really took the time to help me find everything I needed for my children's crazy hair day. I wish my blindness hadn't prevented me from reading your name tags so I could let your manager know how great and sweet you both were. It may seem like a small thing but I couldn't have pulled off my daughters unicorn horn and my sons shark head without all your advice and the time you took to help me without making me feel rushed or an inconvenience. Thank you.

The best Walgreens Store and great Pharmacy. Deb asst. Mage.and her st aff are the best and the pharmacy is never too busy to take and get my prescriptions done or if I call on the phone it's almost always ready for pick-up....🤓

Jacob took care of me in a time of need with consideration and dignity not like cvs which was not helpful or useful in a time of need when 247 service is advertised.
