Fry's

This Fry's is the best. They have two different self checkout lines which makes it much quicker than others. They also have a large well-organized parking lot, it's the easiest Fry's to get in and out of without any hassle. The staff is super friendly and awesome! It's a great super market!

I absolutely LOVE this Frys location; both grocery AND pharmacy. It's the cleanest and well organized. The bathrooms are always spotless and I so appreciate the individuals that maintain them!!! It is wonderful to be in a store where the employees take pride in their shop and have exceptional standards. Cashiers are always quick and efficient with great personalities. Laura is my personal favorite cashier with her cute hair styles, her sunglasses on her head and always so cool, calm and collect. Such a sweetheart! Thanks guys, for all you do, even at a time when the workforce is still not AND may never be "business as usual". Your standards and efforts are so greatly appreciated!

Love this Frys grocery store. Excellent order online and have delivered, or pick up . They bring it right to your car. Great service here.

The one of the best the Frys grocery store I've ever been to that's very clean very well-managed most items are always in stock Store is very clean items are well displayed I stopped in this location every chance I get when I'm in the area even the food in the deli is very good I've never been to a Fry's grocery store where everything and every department is well-manage very clean 😃👍

I had a wonderful experience as an I stacart shopper at your store. A gentleman from the deli tried very hard to help me find the gluten free rolls that I need. We never found them, but I was impressed by the lever of service and kindness. It is much appreciated.

We've been doing our grocery curb-side pickup here since we've been in Oro Valley (staying for three months this winter). I've done pickup at several locations in the Tucson area and back home in the midwest and let me just say a few things about this Fry's: Friendliest staff ever; hard workers; accuracy in fulfilling orders is first-rate; they discuss any out-of-stocks or substitutions with you when they load your car; and finally, the Fry's app is great! Thanks Oro Valley Fry's!

Great teamwork between departments is evident. Great pick-up service, in store shopping, and delivery. This store is very clean, and the associates appear to take pride in their department's merchandise. I was disappointed only by the smallness of the bakery and the absence of any round angel food cakes which were on sale this week. Sadly, On Sale does not mean in stock.

The selection and fresh produce is awesome, but what really makes it stand out is the friendly and helpful staff. I never know if they just started their shift or ending a long day; they're cheerful and professional no matter what. They're always busy cleaning and restocking, and they respond to questions in a polite manner (I once asked a deli worker about shampoo; he directed me to the section and mentioned a sale going on as well) A+ location

We enjoy their rotisserie chicken often and today they didn’t have any. Manager Lloyd offered us baked chicken instead without charging because he wanted to make sure we get what we came for. We appreciate they wanted to make sure we have good experience. I also witnessed an employee being very helpful to other customers, making sure an elderly customer is being taken care of as well

The gentleman that helped me was amazing! I went to buy my daughter her favorite snacks (Peatos) and was taking the last few. Terry went to the back to get more! Anyone else would have just let it be. He was super pleasant and went above and beyond. This store is so lucky to have him. I’ll drive past the Fry’s closer to me because of the excellent customer service he provides! Thank you Terry!

I asked management for rare carrot cake m&m's. They did not have them. They located one pack. called me to come pick up at counter for free. This team is dedicated to the customer. I always enjoy going to this store. This is how customers everywhere should be treated. Keep up the outstanding service.

Employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and the shelves are well stocked most of the time. They cheerfully accept returns if you are unhappy a product. And no, I'm not related to the owners....

We decided to try this Fry's because it's closer to our house and because the Fry's on North Oracle is always crowded, especially when it comes to find parking.
The selection is way better at this one. Fish and meat seem to be better. Great wine/sprits selection.

I love this one. Always clean nice selection and helpful people. They have a choice between self checking or regular Checkers. It seems like there's a steady flow of people but never too many at one time

Seriously love this store. I will go out of my way to go here. Dave (who usually works self check out) is always there to ask me how my day was, if I need help finding something, etc. Everyone who works here is so amazing. Absolutely best grocery store!!!!
