I have been a regular customer at the UPS Store #0442 for over 100 visits, and I can confidently say that the service here is exceptional. Mary Lee and Brianna are true gems. They are always welcoming, friendly, and go out of their way to ensure that every experience is smooth and stress-free. Whether it's handling packages or helping with other services, they consistently provide top-notch assistance with a smile. Their professionalism and dedication make this store a standout, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of reliable, friendly service.

I cannot thank Kristi (owner)enough for all of her help!! I was there for notary and due to trouble with the company I was working with, I was there for 6 hours and Kristi helped me with every step! Never once rushed me and gave the best service I have ever received! Felt as if I knew her for years! Thank you so much Kristi and even the girls working there were the sweetest to everyone coming in, 10/10 recommend

This UPS store stands out for its personal service, professionalism, and customer relationship-building. I moved and am now 40 one-way minutes from this store but I drive the distance (vs. using a different store closer to where I live) because of the staff and owner commitment to great service. Thank you for delivering a great customer experience consistently - your store is a stand-out from the rest because of it! ;+)

As a business operator, I have to say that I'm stunned at the amazing job Kristie does at this location. Always friendly and helpful and seems to set an incredible example for her employees. It's rare to see such a genuine approach to coaching and developing employees. Anything I've every asked for has always been handled quickly and with a smile and I couldn't be more happy with this store and its owner and crew!! You guys rock!

I found the store very clean and well stocked. People have different ideas and opinions, we live in a world where everyone and everything is bad. It takes just as much time to express a kind word than a nasty one. Being kind goes a long way. People should try doing that more often. I have worked mostly small business and independent owners. For me they were better than big box stores who could care less.

These folks do a great job!!! I brought in pages to be faxed. The line was continually busy but Rory kept trying. Later I called them to say no need to fax and to destroy the pages. Mary Lee called me later to confirm the pages were destroyed. We appreciate the excellent customer service!!!!

I have been meaning to write this review for months. The staff at UPS Store #0442 on N Oracle Rd is absolutely amazing. I especially want to commend Mary Lee and her daughter, who worked tirelessly for months on my behalf to resolve an issue with a package (antique lamp) that arrived at its destination damaged. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and diligent and went way above and beyond to figure out what had happened and make sure that I was appropriately compensated. I would give the staff of this location ten stars if I could!

The owner and staff at this UPS location are as good as it gets!

I have had many experiences with UPS locations, but this one was the most professional and helpful. I had to ship something urgently to my son in Michigan. They were extremely helpful in helping me package the items as well as to layout the different shipping options and costs associated with each option. I was able to ship it fairly quick and at a reasonable cost. My son was extremely happy to receive it timely and in excellent condition.

I was impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the entire staff. The store was clean and orderly and in a very convenient location, with plenty of parking available. If I lived in Tucson this would be my UPS location of choice!

MaryLee and Krissy(hope I spelled it right) were amazing! We had a difficult return, sending a computer and monitor back and the return instructions were less than helpful. Both Krissy and MaryLee did their best to puzzle out a solution in a timely and expedient way. It took longer than anyone anticipated (those darn directions), but both remained upbeat, positive and reassuring. Phenomenal customer service on a day which was undoubtedly was pretty stressful after a holiday. Definitely will be coming back when we need to mail something out. :)

A great shipping experience. Beyond helpful with large shipments. for the past 5 years I have had this store ship pallets of material home from the fossil and mineral show. Everything has been meticulously palletized and wrapped. Never ever had issues with any damage. This is the only store I would trust to handle and ship my valuables.

I recently shipped 5 pieces of antique furniture & 4 pieces of art from Tucson to my home in Jersey City, NJ. Not only did everything arrive in perfect condition but it was packed with such care I told Kristi, one of the owners, I had to write a review to say how incredibly pleased I am with the entire experience. Not only did Joe come out & pick everything up but he & his team at the UPS store on Orange Grove & Oracle did a superb packing job. The price was good & the delivery date convenient for me. I can't say enough about the job that was done for me & everyone was professional, courteous & extremely competent! You can pay someone to do a job but these people CARE & that's all the difference in choosing who to trust to ship valuable & fragile objects across the country!

I have been coming here for over a year and have had great and reliable service. They went over and beyond today to make sure I got my package. I redirected it to be held here and the tracking showed it got delivered but it wasn’t there. They took my information down and only a few hours later they called me to tell me they got my package. They got it from the driver later in the day and held it for me. Thank you!

I had two packages to ship: one to family in Wisconsin and one to a dear friend in London. MaryLee took over and made the magic happen - both packages will be arriving at their respective destinations within 5-6 calendar days. Truth be told, my confidence in the USPS for international packages/shipments is not great so while the cost to ship is significantly higher with UPS, one can't put a price tag on customer confidence that comes with a track record of excellent service and reliability that UPS has built over the years. This particular location is one I will come back to because of fantastic customer service which to me means a lot!

This store has the friendliest staff around!! I've been going there for years for my printing and recently used them for shipping my mom's house full of furniture back home to my brother's place when she downsized. They also shipped one of her very valuable paintings that I was really nervous about and did a BEAUTIFUL job with it!! I'm so glad that not only do they have great service, but they do such QUALITY work. That's so hard to come by!

The owner went out of her way to make sure I received the copies I needed for a funeral out of town. It was very short notice and I had no idea how to get over 200 cards printed and cut to be given out at the funeral? The owner and her staff worked very hard, even staying open late to complete the job. I don’t think other businesses would have taken the job that late, but this store did, and they did an exceptional job! Thank you all for making a very difficult time for my family a little easier!!!! I will use your services often in the future!

I have been using this store for years and have always had excellent service. Recently I asked them to do a mailing and provided them with the document and address files, not realizing that the address file was corrupted. All but a few of the envelopes were returned as undeliverable. It was clearly my fault, but the store did the entire mailing over at no cost to me, even though I said I would pay for it. That is service above and beyond what I would have expected! Thank you!

Was having problems with USPS...Lost packages, misdirected mail and other issues made me look for another way. Finally we settled on using the UPS store. Now we have all our mail and deliveries sent to the store address. And, we never miss shipments, never loose med supplies and do not get buried under mountains of junk mail. The bonus is that this store has the friendliest staff, they work WITH you to get you what you need. I'm becoming more and more a UPS fan.
