From the moment I walked in, I felt seen and heard, as I explained a little bit about my body, my feet, and what types of shoes I was looking for today. I was a bit nervous because I came with my four year-old, but it was close to the end of the day and raining outside so we had the place to ourselves. Sarah immediately got to work, picking shoes from the back after measuring my feet. Sarah was incredibly efficient and enjoyable to work with. Sarah was also incredibly intuitive when it came to picking out shoes for me. Hanna was working as well and was full of compassion and kindness as my child explored the store. I am so grateful I came in today and had the best shoe shopping experience I’ve ever had! Those two need raises - they’ve definitely raised the bar for me!

Wow! My husbands podiatrist recommended Alan’s shoes to get good sturdy shoes. Hannah was excellent in selecting a variety of shoes that fit the description of qualities needed. She seemed very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service even when it’s was busy in the store. We chose shoes Made in the USA! We will definitely be back.

Love Alan Shoes. Quality merchandise and professional and knowledgeable sales staff. My dogs loved Alysa. I called ahead to ensure they had the merchandise. By the time I got there, Alyssa had everything ready to go. Very pleasant experience, great store.

Just had a wonderful experience at this store! Brandon, supported by a co-worker, provided first-rate service: we had his full attention and he was very knowledgeable about various shoe options and what might work best for my issue. He wasn't rushed and made certain I had the best fit in the most appropriate type of shoe. We thought this level of service was a thing of the past, but you can still find it at Alan's Shoes!

Sara was so patient and helpful. I had only vague ideas about what I needed in a walking shoe for our European trip next summer, and she continued to bring out stacks of boxes, to give me many ideas to choose from.
I finally selected a sturdy /lightweight sneaker, plus an ankle boot that will be a little dressier when needed. Both are super-lightweight.
Alan’s has a tremendous selection of high quality shoes. I’m so glad I heard about this store from a friend!

Robyn went out of his way to assist me and ultimately was very creative to do a work-around with the approval of his manager Hannah and the higher ups to make me a very happy customer! Love this store! I have to wear wide sizes in shoes. Great shoe selection and quality. Customer service is amazing. Sarah helped me with a cute pair of boots, got them feeling just right with some new inserts to make them fit perfectly.

Visited this store for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I was looking for a pair of shoes that were wide enough due to bunions. Trevor was a great help! He showed me several shoes of different styles and brands. Bought a pair by Clark’s. They worked great for walking around Latvia. Will definitely shop there again!

After living in Tucson for 20 years, I’m ashamed to admit that was my first time in Alan’s.
I was met and greeted by Sarah, who immediately helped me with a few selections and presented me with several options and sizes. I made my selection and was in and out in around 20 minutes!
Sarah was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me great customer service!
I have found my first choice for shoes from now on!

I rarely take the time to write reviews unless it’s a truly exceptional experience, and that’s exactly how I would describe my visit to Alan’s Shoes on Oracle. I came in searching for my next pair of sandals. I had a lot of criteria and needed them to fit perfectly because I intend to wear them for 10+ years. Chatman really went above and beyond, bringing out box after box for me to try on, all the while explaining the nuances of the construction and sizing among different brands. I ended up choosing this pair of Birkenstocks in a color I likely wouldn’t have chosen first had I bought them online, but that’s the beauty of trying on in-person. You surprise yourself. Thank you Chatman and everyone at Alan’s for redeeming my faith that customer service is still valued in our society. Local businesses are the best!

Brandon was phenomenal ordered some shoes for my sister- so she could pick them up. Brandon was patient, efficient and super kind. I have always been impressed by the employees at Alan's thanks again Brandon you made my day.

I have very problem feet - low arches, wide width, bunions, calluses, corn on the ball of my left foot. I average 4 to 5 miles on my feet M-F per day and love to hike on weekends when weather is nice. However, my feet kill me at times. Have tried lots of temporary fixes but suffer pretty much everyday with sore feet.
I highly recommend “Sarah” at Alan’s Shoes” on Oracle!! She never wavered in her assistance to help me find a great shoe by immediately measuring my foot, watched the way I walked, had me try on many brands and styles to ensure the best fit, support and cushion I needed. Sarah was very educated on why she recommended specific shoes for me to try.

Sara was like my own very personal foot therapist.♥💯 she was thoughtful thorough yet not pushy at all! She asked me things about my my walking running. She was just more than I could ask for took the size of my foot down measured my foot I had recommendations suggestions? They were just she was awesome very professional very sweet I would recommend anyone going to Allen’s shoes, their selection was over the top they had everything except I would like to see some slippers. Maybe I would love to have a slipper and I think that they could provide that as well. Thank you. I enjoyed my experience very much. Can’t wait to come back and buy some Allegra !

I visited this store hoping to find Hoka walking shoes that my son and daughter-in-law had recommended I buy for the great comfort they provide. After entering the store I was quickly greeted by Sarah. She measured and evaluated my foot size and discussed the options the store carried in the Hoka line, bringing shoes out to try. It was a delight being assisted by Sarah who I found to be personable, friendly and very knowledgeable in helping me try on shoes. She checked carefully each pair I was interested in after they were on my feet to make sure they were the best fit.

I have to say that it was a whole different experience shopping here as the past number of years I have usually shopped at shoe stores without any sales person assistance. I left happily with a pair of Hokas. Sarah even offered my husband and I bottles of cold water to take with us.
I believe I have now found the shoe store I want to frequent for my shoe purchases. I even saw some handbags I might also consider purchasing in the future.
I look forward to stopping at Allan’s in the future and hope to have Sarah’s help again. Thanks for a great experience!

While the shoes are pricey, I feel like they have good quality options and they have a lot of choices for unique foot problems situations that are hard to find solutions to at normal shoe stores. I have been helped by multiple customer service representatives over the years and they have each been wonderful, most recently I’ve been helped by Chris the last few times and he has done a wonderful job taking whatever time was needed to help me and my family get the shoes we needed.

Sarah was super helpful and awesome to work with she brought out lots of choices for me. Love the store they are so helpful and friendly whenever I go there. It is the only
Place I buy shoes.

I received the best help from Sarah. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She spent time with me and provided excellent information and did not pressure me to purchase anything like so many there sales people. I have had such a great experience with the shoes and insoles She recommended. I definitely recommend Alan's Shoes and since Sarah was so amazing, I'm sure they hire excellent people just like her.

They have wide shoes there for men, even 4E. They also have regular sizes too. They have women's shoes and purses. Plus socks and shoe polish!
