I recently had the most remarkable experience at the UPS Store! It was a day like any other, but what happened at this location turned it into a story worth sharing.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest smiles from the staff. It felt like stepping into a haven of professionalism and friendliness. I was instantly offered assistance by a delightful employee named Sedra, who seemed to possess an almost magical ability to understand my needs before I even voiced them.

I had a rather complex shipping request, involving multiple packages destined for different parts of the world. sedra took charge with an unparalleled level of expertise. She meticulously measured, packed, and labeled each package with a precision that left me in awe. It was as if she had been handling international logistics her entire life!

But the service didn’t stop there. While waiting, I noticed another customer struggling with a massive printing job. The store manager, ehab, swooped in like a superhero. With lightning speed and a genuine smile, he not only resolved the issue but also provided tips on how to make future print jobs more efficient. The customer left with a look of sheer gratitude.

Back to my story: sedra provided me with detailed tracking information for each package and patiently explained the different shipping options, ensuring I got the best deal. She even offered me a complimentary coffee while I waited for the final processing. It felt like being in a five-star hotel lobby!

As I sipped my coffee, I observed the team working in perfect harmony. They were helping customers with everything from mailbox rentals to notary services, each interaction handled with the utmost care and professionalism. The store itself was impeccably clean and well-organized, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free.

By the time I left, I felt more like a valued guest than a mere customer. The exceptional service I received at this UPS Store turned a mundane task into a memorable adventure. I had ehab ship a huge bed frame to kansas and he gave me a great deal on the shipping and packing. When it arrived it was in perfect condition and i couldnt have been happier. I will keep coming back to this store for the rest of my life 👍🤑😈

I have been coming to his location for many years. My last visit was exceptional. There is a new young woman that they hired, and she was very attentive and went beyond what I expected. She was friendly and greeted me very kindly. Very happy with my experience, and I will continue to go there.

This UPS store is outstanding. They have a great variety of services offered, clearly take pride in their business, and offer fantastic customer service every time. I would 1000% use them anytime I need anything related to shipping, returns, mailbox (we had one for around a year), etc. Great people.

The owner and his staff are super knowledgeable, experienced and willing to help in any way to make your printing projects and shipments as smooth as possible. I have used this business since the first opened there facility. Highly recommend!!!

I get nothing except the best service here. Cris and the owner are always helpful. I've never had an issue. I see other reviews where people are complaining about being charged for usage of tape. Absurd. Buy the tape, support a local business, and please plan better. They have costs just like everyone else and they do their very best. Another review said they needed to smile on a Sunday. They are shipping your packages, not competing in a congeniality competition. It's Sunday. They are excellent and ALWAYS give me and my family the best service as regulars. Top notch.

Staff has been really nice and helpful every time I come in.

Earlier today I dropped off two packages at the UPS store in Rooney Ranch. Later I realized that I needed one back so I called and spoke to CHRIS and he was very nice and said he would find it and hold it for me. When I got to the UPS store, CHRIS had my package so I traded out my packages. Even though I brought my own supplies, CHRIS taped it up and put the new label on for me. I really appreciated his help getting my packages switched and being so nice.

I live a bit further south on Oracle, but the service at this UPS Store is so superior and sterling I will never switch spots. The staff is super quick, intelligent, courteous. I have my mail forwarded all over the country while working on the road half the year, and they have never made a mistake in 5+ years of patronage. They text or email you when packages arrive, and help you carry goods to your car. Ehab the Manager is one of the kindest people I know in Tucson. This is one of the best businesses in town, we're lucky to have them.

Great store!!! In town for business had to ship many items home and this store always had my emails printed when i showed up! So helpful when I made a shipping error; manager assured me package would arrive! I will be back!

Had to return items ordered online. Chose UPS since that was the closest location for me. They closed at 6, it was 5:10 when I got there. Before I even finished my story, Cris had the label printed, on the box with a copy in his hand for me. He was extremely pleasant and was listening to me as he did his work. If possible, give this man a raise since UPS should be grateful for having him as an employee. Thanks Cris!!!!
