The store ALWAYS CLEAN. Customer service is GREAT. And the sales are my BEST FRIENDS.

The cashier Jamie was so pleasant and helpful. She didn't rush me when I was trying to get mY Kohl's app to work properly. Good employee and wonderful person.

The store in Kernersville NC had a great selection of merchandise. It was very neat and orderly. Our checkout person, Karessa, was extremely nice and And most helpful. She told us of some things we weren’t familiar with as far as discounts and rewards. She could not have been, more pleasant!

The associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well-stacked for the holiday season and items are easy to find with ceiling signs. I chose Kohls for their sales incentives and friendliness.

I shop the Kernersville Kohl's at least every other month. The store is always clean, the associates are very helpful and pleasant. I receive Kohl's coupons on line regularly. I saved $121 during this one trip to shop. Of course I'll be going back to spend my $20 in Kohl's cash too!

Although I could have handled my bulky purchase on my own, one of the male clerks immediately came to me and stated he could help me. No One in any other shopping venue has ever offered to assist me with any bulky purchase . This is a top level customer service. I will always support this store!

Kohls goes out it its way to ensure shoppers can access discount coupons that we are entitled to. Eileen was particularly helpful at the Kernersville store.

Found bargains but really had to look and look! Some great bargains, others ho-hum. You have to know what you are willing to pay and what holes exist in your wardrobe before you can make godd economic decisions....

The Kernersville NC, Kohls store is very clean has great selections for my whole family. Betanya is such a sweet person; giving me amazing customer service at checkout. Which is hard to find now and days. She was genuinely friendly and very helpful. I always receive great customer service while checking out at this location. Edie is an amazing manager; making sure everything is running smoothly at checkout. She called more reps to the register to checkout customers so we didn’t have to be waiting in long line. Which I really appreciate when trying to check out with my little one. Thank you all for making shopping here a wonderful experience.
