It’s been a long time since I’ve had such a good customer experience anywhere! I usually hate trying on shoes and she helped me so much, took her time with me, helped me even more than my podiatrist 😂 I’m truly so grateful to you guys! A bunch of nice, helpful people in here!

Carrie was our sales associate. She was just amazing! So fun and so helpful. She was very knowledgeable about which shoes would be best for my daughter and her supination issues. The fit process (foot scanner) was very helpful for her. We found the perfect shoes thanks to her. Great experience! Will definitely be back!

A friend recommended Fleet Feet, so I went to take a look. The service was great. They evaluated my feet and made recommendations. I found a style I really liked, but I needed a size they did not have in that particular location. They called their other store and had it sent over the next day. When I went to pick them up, I tried on a few other styles and ended up purchasing a pair of On cross trainers and a pair of Oofos clogs. Do yourself and your feet a favor and stop by Fleet Feet!

I needed a good walking shoe for my fallen arches so I figured I’d try Fleet Feet who has rave reviews from a friend who runs in races frequently. I absolutely love everything about my experience. Nick was awesome from beginning to end. He’s super competent, top notch customer service, listened to my needs, the list goes on and on. I needed to order my color from the other location, and it arrived within a few hours. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with this store. I know you will too!!

The staff was wonderful and very informative. They taught me so much about my feet and stance. They were so patient finding shoes that would best fit me and my circumstance. I think I tried on 4-5 pairs. It felt like the Goldilocks experience. It was great service! I felt informed about my purchase and they aren’t pushy on upselling items. I will for sure be returning to purchase more shoes. I am in healthcare and have to be on my feet all day. I wish I would have came to Fleet Feet sooner!

Great customer service. Was greeted at the door and asked what I was looking for. Throughout the entire experience the employee (can’t remember her name, muscular with blond hair) was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick an amazing pair of sneakers. It's been years since I owned a pair of running shoes. In the past if I was likely to get shin splints if I just chose a random running shoe. After several friends told me to go to Fleet Feet, I am so glad I did. They scanned my feet and showed me exactly what kind of support I need. They brought me shoes that were targeted to my needs. The sales staff was friendly and efficient. I will be back for any of my running needs.

This store was a recommendation from my husband. He bought flip flops for plantar fasciitis and he has been very satisfied with them. I don't have any particular feet issues, but I do walk a lot and wanted some really good shoes for that. The customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable with the feet scan. He was very knowledgable in every detail that made each shoe unique and which would best serve our needs. I learned tons, had an amazing experience and left with the perfect shoe! The staff really knows a lot about sizing, fitting and shoe selection. I had no wait time, but also was not rushed in trying several pairs, and with several styles of lacing (Thanks, Mark!) I have a "problem foot" and staff was able to find the best solution for me! I am loving the best fit and most comfort shoe ever! PS: My podiatrist recommended being fit at Fleet Feet to work with my neuromas and plantar plate tears.

Love my Hoka shoes. Fleet Feet personnel are well informed as they measured and recommend the right shoe. My size was not available, Chelsea quickly made order so would get it delivered to my home. Very friendly and efficient.
