The evening crew on 6/28 were awesome! The store was clean, my order was made perfect, and the employees working were friendly and very professional. The shift lead/manager (Richie) came out to check on me and was very attentive to the customers inside the store as well as the drive-thru. The two ladies working were very quick with the drinks and communicated well with customers picking up mobile orders and that had questions. Overall, I had a great experience, and I'll be coming back to this store because of that crew.

I made a spontaneous pit stop here to give my upset newborn a break from the car. The service was impeccable! Everyone who walked in was greeted with genuine enthusiasm and kindness. The staff got me my coffee quickly and let me know about discounted refills.

They noticed I had sat under a speaker and kindly offered to turn the music down for the comfort of me and my daughter. Throughout my stay, I heard the shift lead communicating expectations, praising her staff for their efforts, and encouraging a relaxed, positive atmosphere. I am thoroughly impressed with this location. 🩷

Best Starbucks I have ever experienced!! Friendly and genuine customer service! Not to mention the atmosphere is beautiful and inviting. Our barista Keyona was so attentive and kind! This will definitely be my location of choice as I can work and respond to emails in a friendly and peaceful environment!.

I visited this place couple of time and staff is highly efficent and professional except one snobby person. It is not crowded and i enjoyed my breakfast while finishing some tasks on my laptop. The public wifi system has high download speed ~ 500 Mbps which makes it easy to work and enjoy morning coffee.

Great spot, lobby is now open, always fast and friendly. If your going to use the drive though give yourself extra time in the morning and at lunch.

Clean, well lit, seating is well space (you won't feel crowded).

Very cool Starbucks with lots of room to lounge near windows, also has a large back patio with ample seating outdoors. Staff seems very friendly and menu selection for espresso and tea drinks is robust. Check this out if you are in the Sunrise/Rancho Cordova area.

Asked the cashier which was better; the new pistachio or oleate drink. She said she didn't drink starbucks coffee. I had the oleate and it was great. Also got a lemon loaf slice which is always perfect with coffee.

5 stars because this is one of the best Starbucks locations I have even seen. Really nice the way they remodeled this place. Very contemporary feel.

The best shop I've ever seen, by far. Great customer service, spacious, clean, great bathrooms, plenty of parking. It's an oasis! Highly recommended!!!

If you're looking for a breakfast sandwich I highly recommend the egg on ciabatta with gruyere and ham. I fell in love with this at Starbucks and it has me coming back for more.

No food ordered, and atmosphere doesn't apply to the drive-through. The drinks that needed to be cold were cold and the hot ones hot. Our barista was awesome as well. 😁

Starbucks Store 49389 is like no other in California. I have been to all of them & no one compares to this one. Ever since Heba started running this place it runs like a fine tuned sewing machine. Tanya needs a raise & a Promotion she is friendly & knows how to treat customers. Always knows my drink. Again all other Starbucks pay attention to the teacher! This Buckys Rocks

The Starbucks #49389 is definitely the best Starbucks in all of California.when I go in always greeted with a hello welcome in. My Barista Brittany knows exactly what I want & even hand delivers it to me. This place Rocks & all the other ones should pay attention.

I used to be a Starbucks partner and our drive thru store was the fastest in the district. I will say that this store does a pretty good job making sure they’re quick and efficient during peak hours. Their drinks are almost always perfect. It’s my home store and happy that it is! Staff are always very kind in the drive thru.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They were out of an ingredient for the drink I ordered, so they provided me with recommendations for something else. The drive-thru gets busy, so I prefer going inside or ordering ahead. The location is clean and comfortable, and I like that the sinks are separate from the bathrooms.

I start my work early in the morning and this is my favourite place . Always good chi tea and great staff specially thank you Amanda

Drive thru around 9am was incredibly fast and efficient. Employee taking orders was so nice and cheerful and put a smile on my face for the INSANELY stressful day I had ahead of me. Thank you for setting the tone for my day. Because it was an epic day and you were part of it, you'll also be etched in my memory forever. You started my journey off right, got me out of my head and put me in a positive mood. Thank you! 20 stars!!

They do everything right. And one time my friend bumped my coffee drink on the floor and they came and cleaned it up. I tried to ask if I can help but they didn't want me to help. Great workers. Great service.
