Off the Beaten Path

What a wonderful selection of handmade art and crafts from local artists. Painting, sculptures and so much more in a nice little cottage with very friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit considering most other stores sell non American made items.

What a delightful store filled with beautiful (and affordable) works of art. The owners were so helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased several pieces of fused glass as gifts and a piece of recycled copper made into a beautiful tree. They hand wrapped and shipped everything directly to me. What a gem of a story with high quality artistic pieces from artists around the country and pieces for your garden. This was a delightful stop when coming through Cloudcroft.

If we hit no other shop in town, we ALWAYS go to Off the Beaten Path on our visits.

A lovely place with lovely owners. The art is AMAZING! I'd decorate my whole place with thier beautiful artwork. They also know and care alot about the artists themselves. Stop in and support this charming artsy hot spot!

Wonderful little shop! All different kinds of things, all handmade in America. Loved it! The owners are very friendly and helpful! Love the cats, the birds and the beautiful flowers!! I found some wonderful gifts and a couple things for myself!

This shop is amazing and the owners even more so. They were so helpful when I lost an earring I bought there. They were able to connect me with the original artist and I was able to purchase another pair. My sister then made the third one into a pendant for me. Such talent!

Berle and Donna have an amazing business! Everything they offer is made by artists in the USA, with a few exceptions that were crafted in Canada. Excellent prices, and a wonderful smile for everyone that walks through their door. Don't miss this fantastic shop!

My wife Monica and I have been to boutique gift shops in London, Paris, San Francisco, New York, Rome, Madrid and Milan...NO other shop compares with the quality, uniqueness, but especially, loving care we found in this gem of a shop. Every time we visit Cloudcroft we come by to say hello. Berle and Donna are the best!

We visited again for our second time today and I stand by my 5 star review. The owners of this shop are really helpful and knowledgeable, and they have some very unique gifts. Also, their cat is adorable!

Something Special.. This place is amazing! Special stuff from great people! If you looking for an ordinary gift go to Walmart. If you are looking for a treasure then finding this store is a pot of gold!!

Not your usual gift shop. Lots of beautiful wind chimes and glass art work. Owners Donna and Beryl are very nice people.

If you like recycled materials in your art, or would like to have NM artist-made gifts or pieces for your home, this is an amazing store. Nothing ordinary in the whole house . A real gem!
