You guys are amazing & good at what y'all do. Your prices are the best, customer care is the best, fastest lines, fastest shipping & tracking is always on point. You have never, not once, ever !! Never ever lost or damaged anything I had shipped out whether it was to a family member/relative or even if it was for my own self ran business I started myself & had items I had shipped out to clients/buyers/customers ... All packages arrived on time & in-tact as well... Plus your shipping prices for what i've had to send have been the best by far, hands down, across the board for sure... Employess are always kind and respectful no matter if its busy or slow. I highly recommend anyone interested in shipping out something or even getting something shipped to them to go through "The UPS Store." for sure !!! 5/5. 10/10. Satisfaction guarenteed.

The people in the store are so chill! Especially Brigitte, I’ve been in the store talking to a couple of the employees while I’ve seen her deal with some very rude customers. I don’t know if it’s the area or the timing, but it happens more often than you think. These people have become more like family friends since I’ve started shipping all my orders out from here and bringing in Amazon returns. Easy process and very genuine crew! Fast service and a great place to return Amazon products.

Been going to the location for several years and the staff have always gone above and beyond to meet my expectations. Customer service is always polite and will do everything they can to help me out. Even with COVID-19 I can see how seriously they have taken the enforcement of masks, sanitation, and social distancing for the safety of others.

Quick and fast

If you are not going to open at 8am then change your listed hours. I arrived a few minutes after 8am and the store was closed. After waiting 20 minutes I finally gave up and went back later that day. This is the second time I arrived shortly after 8am to find the store closed stilled.

I've been disappointed on multiple occasions that they're posted opening time is 8:00am and the store is closed when I've arrived between 8:00-8:30am.

I just left the store to pick up from a box. Bridget was not friendly at all actually rude and didn’t even check to see if I was on the account originally. She was part way through telling me she could not help me when I told her I was o. The account. She had my ID from the start but never checked. She proceeded to get my 2 packages and plopped them down and walked away. That’s when I asked her name. Why be rude? I do t get it!!

I went to return a parcel to sender of a roommate that moved out , though the employee was friendly he asked his manager how to proceed. But the manager did not accept the parcel and gave me an address where i must return it. It was 15mn away and a center of distribution fenced and gated not for returning one parcel.

Very unprofessional , rude and unfriendly. Been there on several occasions and all the employees made us feel unwelcome there .
Will drive to other store instead .

Absolute worst UPS store in Sacramento.
