The Blue Stone store in Alamogordo on White Sands is the place to go for excellent customer service.!
I purchased a beautiful ring several months ago from them, and yesterday my friend and I went there for a browse. I asked them if they would clean my ring and they did and it looked beautiful.
As I was driving home I noticed a small diamond missing so called them when I got home. I went back to Blue Stone this morning and they fixed my ring and found another small diamond to replace the missing one no fuss at all.
Again excellent customer service and thank you Blue Stone.

A girlfriend and I went in here on a road trip and it was the best experience ever!!! We truly fell in love with this store. Huge place. Very cheap prices for awesome quality jewelry!! We each got 7 rings and 2 bracelets for about $150. All Navajo jewelry. The women who work here are super sweet. You must stop in and shop!!! Lots of native jewelry, rocks, clothes, accessories, belts, purses etc.

Fantastic Place !!! What a variety !! Great people, too !! Cleaned a couple of my rings while I shopped??! Wow!! And Willow(?) was very, very helpful. Some items are a little pricey, but, most good art and jewelry are, even so, they have a great selection of items I found very adorable and affordable!

Just moved to the area and love crystal and rock stores.

this is right on White Sands Blvd once you enter town from the Air Force Base.

All the stones are from everywhere and we love that store is locally owned and ran.

Ms Peggy is not only knowledgeable from a geological standpoint but also the spiritual side.

They have a huge assortment of not only Mescalero Apache work but other Native American work as well. No photos out of respect as i do not know the policy and do not wish to offend.

DISHES WITH FOSSILS IN THEM! we plan on cleaning up once a month or once a week.

Constant inventory and they are fast, efficient, and professional. We are clients and actually send inventory to friends back in San Diego!

They are also one of the few local businesses that fix jewelry and watches.

Beautiful, unusual, unique jewelry, home items, handmade baskets. The women were extremely helpful and kind to my 2 year old grandson. His words to them were, “I’ll be back.”

I've made many trips to New Mexico, especially Sante Fe for turquoise. I have never been anywhere with a selection like this. They have an inventory that will keep you in there for awhile looking. The prices were very fair and the staff was friendly. If you love turquoise, you've got to stop here!

This store makes it worth going to Alamogordo. The owner Peggy and her employees are amazing very helpful. Also it’s a perfect store to buy special gifts for loved ones. Her Parrot Ivan which live at the store is so gorgeous and smart. This store is the best place to go and check out! I recommend it if you love silver jewelry like I do stop by and check out all of it. Peggy has a great variety of Indian pottery, Mineral precious stones and much more.

The staff here is always super nice and awesome. They have a lot of cool stuff and they're always adding to their collection. Some items are pricy but some are pretty cheap. Good place to look for gifts of any kind. They also have a bird Ivan is such a sweetheart.

It looks really small til you go inside. They had a lot of beautiful things that were reasonably priced. There was so much to see but I didn’t have the time.

Loved it, great little shop, lots of amazing things and really good prices, the owner and staff are so incredibly lovely and helpful too.

Best place to shop for native jewelry and art in the area. Where we buy our sage, which is actually priced fairly and not ridiculous, as well. ✌🏻🌞

I got an engagement ring here and its cool and unique and was a really reasonable price. My fiance lost one of the stones and they helped me out again and had it fixed the next day. They're awesome and I'd recommend going here before any other jewelry shop.

If I could rate these guys higher I would! Hands down the best jewelers in town. I've taken three jewelry items to them to be fixed (my grandmother's ring, a pair of earrings, and a watch). They took such great care with my grandmother's, and were super quick with all the repairs! Excellent customer service, great prices, I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that is looking for a jeweler who truly cares.

We went there primarily to get a ring resized and left with hundreds of dollars worth of beautiful jewelry. They have absolute best prices for turquoise we have found in New Mexico. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Debbie! There are some COVID restrictions in place to be expected, but nothing out of the ordinary. Next time you’re traveling in the area, you absolutely have to stop here. I know we definitely will be coming back!

I absolutely LOVE this store. Last year while visiting my folks in Alamogordo, we came in and I purchased a neat little medicine bag and today I purchased some more beautiful things. The gals working in their last year gave me a walking stick after hearing mine was stolen from the TSA line at the airport. Truly grateful for The Blue Stone!

I was a little hesitant to go here to get my ring resized because of the horrible reviews. However everyone there was super friendly and courteous.The man that did the work on my ring was very careful and took alot of time to make sure there would be no issues with resizing it. He also made sure it fit properly and it was clean and shiny when he finished. I was able to have it done while I waited which was a total of about 35- 40 minutes. The cost was beyond reasonable and you can't even tell that any work was done. I don't usually write reviews but because they seemed to have gotten quite a bit of negative feedback in the past I wanted to be sure to add a positive experience. This is a locally owned business.
