AT&T Store

Went to Best Buy before going to this ATT store. The associates were clueless about cell phone services. The ATT store provided fast and knowledgeable service. Jeremy knows his stuff!

Jeremy and Matt (I think?) Were super helpful and knowledgeable when i was in yesterday! I had an issue with a Samsung software update causing crashing issues on my phone and they spent over 40 mins helping me try to resolve the issue.

Awesome service I just came over from Verizon in and out of store in 45 minutes the staff there awesome looking forward to building a long future with them

Very knowledgeable staff. Jeremy helped us upgrade our phones and let us know about new services that could save us money.

Austin’s customer care was exceptional! He helped me navigate and understand my current bill and what I actually needed. He also assisted my husband and I upgrade our phones. The best part was he turned on my daughters favorite show on the tv to keep her occupied. I also need to mention my first visit in the store he had multiple people he was helping at once - he can multitask and keep everyone happy. He was by himself that day, and did what he had to do to be efficient.

The store in Macedonia was great. They were respectful and made the download wait pleasurable with the conversation. He helped other customers while waiting for the download to finish, which I liked and am sure the other customers appreciated it as well.

Several years ago this ATT store was great. Then the manager changed and, after a couple of very frustrating experiences in Macedonia, we drove a little further to find a competent staff. Today, I needed to resolve an issue with my account and since I was so close to the Macedonia store, I give it another try. What a nice surprise to find a new manager, Brian, who was knowledgeable, helpful and informative. He quickly resolved my issue and gave me options about other services to consider for the future. Nice to see a return to competence and knowledgeable service at this location. Thank you!

Brian and Abe was absolutely helpful in the Macedonia store. Brian was the gentleman who was taking care of me-helping me out with my phone issues and upgrading me to a newer model as well as explaining the pricing, the newer features and pulling up information from your system. Great multi-tasker and customer service representative. Both him and Abe have personalities that make sales about the customer and not about the product. Very personable.
I am not the person to ever say anything negative about someone in a review either, but at the priceless comparison I must say Brian kept me as a customer (I've been a customer for more than 12 years) after my horrific experience with the rude and brash store manager at the sister Parma store. The correspondence at Parma with the manager was the worst I've encountered in customer relations. He should work for Debt Collections at a call center and not be the first representative of a company that customers experience.
Anyway, thank you so much Brian and Abe for your amazing customer service, friendliness, expertise in product, and ability to get me out quickly and efficiently while taking care of all my needs. Hopefully AT&T appreciates you.

I had an excellent experience switching my account from Verizon to AT&T. Conor was very patient and attentive. I really appreciate how he tended to all of my needs, and I will definitely be coming back if I need anything else!

Mark and the Associates at this AT&T store are phenomenal when it comes to customer service. Excellent in knowledge of the mobile plans, and quick to execute your upgrades to get you back on the road, with little time spent in the store. Will be returning to this store in the future!

Most folks, myself included except to be taken advantage of from mobile phone carriers, therefore we.moan and gone with every little issue, perceived or real. Although some of this is justified, the real victim is the profession phone associate who honestly attempt to go beyond effectiveness, to the call of this new world excellence service. One of those such individuals is Mecidonia Ohio AT&T retail store manager Conner Chambers he taps the higher reaches of human genius, greatness.

I went to the AT&T store in macedonia yesterday, and upgraded my phone, and switch services. Sam and Gia are amazing!!! They were so nice, helpful and sweet. They hooked me up! ❤
