Got a new battery, Mark was extremely helpful. Very nice, professional, knowledgeable and provide quick service. I'm not a car guy so he help me pick out the right one and was even able to swap it out for me in next to no time. I am very happy with my experience and will go back next time I need anything automotive related. I would recommend this auto parts store over others in the area.

Great place for todays and vintage parts. Gates hoses & belts..other tried and true replacement items in stock such as Trico Wiper Blades. Locations throughout Sacramento valley. Fast service with order/pickup as well. Handicapped parking and ramped entry way for those in need. The sales staff are well versed in all areas of automotive products and their advice is always genuine.

MUCH Better parts, tools, supplies and support than your "Average" auto parts store. Bought a Torx Socket at another major chain. It broke after one use. The one I got from Napa, torqued down a dozen bolts without even leaving much of a mark on it. Also bought an Optima Battery from another major chain. It was So Discharged off the shelf, the gut at Optima told me to return it. The one I got from Napa? Fully Charged and Ready To Go!

Frequently hit up this store for my automotive repair needs. The staff is helpful and understanding. Mostly patient. I am not an auto specialist. I'm a do it yourself with a little bit of help from YouTube kinda guy. Simple stuff gets me in and out of the store quickly. More complicated stuff gets me out with explanations and helpful hints. If they don't have what I need, they help me find out. This is always the first place I go. Parking in front of a little tight, but plenty of space around the side.

I had a great experience at this location! Justin was so helpful in troubleshooting a recent issue with my car and helped me to figure out what headlight and taillight bulbs I was looking to buy. He made sure I had everything I needed to install them, even going so far as to lend me his own personal car tool kit to help me remove and replace them. I felt very comfortable asking questions, and thanks to his help, I now know how to swap the lights in a famously fussy car model. I will certainly be back!

Excellent customer service! The store manager there, Mark, was such a great help to our family. We also spoke with Robert and John and everyone was very helpful. We had purchased an alternator at this store in 2015 and it must have been a defective one because it stopped working. Napa honored the warranty and gave us a replacement alternator. Not only did they do the exchange quickly they were also friendly. Not too many places offer this type of customer service anymore so I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you very much everyone for all your help!

They were able to find me the correct O2 sensor and other parts for my car (where other stores gave me bad info). They had everything in stock for both of my cars, including rental tools in new condition. Very helpful and friendly, I will be back for sure.

Everytime I go into this store, it's always a great experience. Scott is always so incredibly helpful and always willing to give advice and lend a helping hand. The rest of the staff is always willing to help too. Great, clean, neat store.

Tom and the cashier there were so helpful, both were life savers. My serpentine belt broke and Tom to time to show me how to put it on my truck. I had my wife and two daughters with me, and it would have been a real struggle if Tom wouldn't have helped me. 20 min and I was back on the road. Great customer service, and two heaven sents. I'm will be buy my parts from this particular store from now on.

Everyone in the stores very helpful fit keep you it keep looking for whatever you need for your vehicle if it's air fresheners a have it if its automotive parts they have it if they don't have it don't get it for you that's how good these people are they have everything I go them all the time for all needs oils every kind of oil every type of oil they have it

In 30 years plus buying from NAPA I've only had 2 issues (one store closed/ other irevalant) service has awlways been good. Shure they cost a little more, but there parts seem to hold up a lot better.... Starters, alternator, fuel/ watter/ AC pumps & anything electrical last longer then AutoZone any day....

The sells people were very polite, kind and helpful. I Purchased what i needed for a reasonable price.

Helpful staff, had what i needed. The size of the bottle that I specifically needed was not out on the shell but upon asking they were able to get what I needed from the backroom.

Very helpful and informative employees here. I never feel stupid or like I should know more than I do for them to be respectful and nice.
