NAPA Auto Parts

I needed a new battery for my car and had a wonderful experience at this NAPA location. After trying three other local shops who were all too busy or not able to help, I stopped at NAPA on a late Friday afternoon. Tyler and Julio dropped what they were doing to get my battery swapped out and get me back on the road. They were very kind, pleasant, and they knew what they were doing! I am so grateful for their help and kindness and will be a loyal customer if I ever need auto parts again. I would trust and recommend this store for a fair price and excellent customer service. Went in right after they opened needing a new battery and Tyler was such a great help!! My battery was so corroded and he worked extra hard to get the old battery out and put the new one in. Really appreciate you, Tyler!!

Best auto parts store around. Everyone’s patient very attentive. The boy Julio didn’t didn’t even know me and treated like family. Napa is always the best. My go to store.
