these guys were amazing! smooth and quick process. ask for hassan, johnny, or derec when coming in.

I came into the store to see about making some adjustments to my plan to make it more affordable. There were three employees on the floor ready to assist at the drop of a hat. Hassan, Allikson, and Luis all used their expertise and top tier customer service skills to help me with my plan and provided the best experience possible. Anybody that come into this branch specifically won’t have any long wait times or issues as long as you talk to one of these three.

DEREC C IS A LIFESAVER. He gave me all his attention to help me resolve an issue for more than an hour. After being on the phone with customer support and getting nowhere, I called this store as a last resort. Immediately got led through the process of transferring my number OVER THE PHONE and decided to come in when it was getting hard for him to understand what was showing up on my side. Got it fixed and left with a smile and my forehead vein was no longer bulging. It's clear he is a team player and what this entire branding needs. GIVE HIM A RAISE!

John was outstanding, great customer service really knew the product in and out made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions A plus service

Luis helped me out, he answered all my questions and was very friendly and kind. Luis made sure I understood the process at all time and made getting my new phones and lines very smooth. Definitely check them out!

Hassan and Nicole were so helpful tonight in figuring out how to switch to AT&T ! They also told
us about the discounts offered to nurses, which is such a great deal!!! They saved us so much money as we were trying to figure out how to switch from
Verizon and deal with a broken phone issue. The deals they were able to get us gave us such peace of mind!! Thank you!!!

I visited the store to open a business account, but despite not being approved initially by the system, John, Alik, and Angel (the store manager) were relentless in finding a solution. Alickson helped me set up my own phone plan and activated my new cell phone for me! He is very knowledgeable about the plans and what each plan offers. He helped me pick out a plan that works for me and had me out the door in less than an hour.

I came into this store really frustrated because of how unhelpful a different location was. My experience at this location was a complete 180 though. Johnny was so helpful and patient and was able to resolve the issues I had and was very informative as well. If it wasn’t for Johnnys help I would’ve switch to a different phone provider but he’s attentive and actually cares about the customers.

Alick was absolutely amazing! He was professional and extremely helpful. We upgraded phones and he was able to answer all our questions. If you end up at the 5004 E Fowler Ave I would definitely recommend him.

I stopped by because I needed help with my device the last AT&T I went to was no help at all. Hassan was more than willing to help! He gave me all the info I needed and I really appreciated it!!
