Visited two days in a row. Truly great customer service the second visit. Was able to pick-up a warhammer fig I’ve been looking everywhere for. Had a great selection of paints, brushes, and the gentleman shop owner was incredibly knowledgeable & helpful. I can’t wait to see what they get in next!

One of the best RC hobby locations I've ever been to. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you. I will definitely be returning - you guys are awesome.

The couple that owns/runs this location are world class people! Great variety of items in the store, from cool toys, models, RC planes, RC cars, rockets, etc. I recommend that everyone shop for their kids at this place.

My husband and I came into the store with our littles to purchase items for some RC fun. The lady was helpful and so was her daughter. We were able to get what we needed and look forward to coming back again. Very informative and helpful.

My wife and I stopped in to look around and found everything in pristine condition and very well kept, the owner was very knowledgeable very professional and had a very good sense of humor! We walked out with a brand new RC car and a gumball machine win win! Thanks again for the hospitality can't wait to come back!

The service and knowledge at this store is hands down priceless. They are always willing to help you with whatever your needing. As hard as it is for brick and mortar stores to survive these days the owners have always gone outta there way to answer any questions I may have and supply me with parts I need. I appreciate them being there.

Love this hobby shop! So many different parts and variety of rc’s. Great customer service. Super Informative and helpful. They take their time to explain and help you shop. Also in the rare case anything goes wrong after your purchase they are great about making it right. All over a lovely store my boyfriend and I will be visiting as much as possible. It’s worth the drive from Pa!

Very helpful friendly staff. Takes the time to answer questions and make suggestions. Bought my step son a remote controlled car and they made sure I didn’t have any questions and had everything we needed. Love going into the store even just to look around and see what’s new.

First visit of many I’m sure. Checked their inventory on line, drove up from Rehoboth Beach, everything I needed was in stock. Friendly and helpful staff. Went there for slot car accessories but noticed a very large model car selection like I haven’t seen in many years at other stores. My new favorite hobby store. “I’ll be back” 👍

I found this place by accident a few months ago. Since then I have been almost biweekly. I have only just met the owners and already they treat me and my wife like family. I enjoy the Gundam side of hobbies and the selection has been great, service has been great and the prices are what is to be expected. I have yet to be disappointed and I love the personal help they give me and my wife everytime.

I went into the shop and bought a new ARRMA KRATON. The young lady was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my new purchase. I also brought in my Traxxas X-Maxx which was not working. I had gone to another shop in the area and they told me that I had a replace the speed control and the motor. A repair which would have cost me over $600. When I brought it to HobbyTown she tested my batteries and informed me that they were faulty. She sold me two new batteries with adapters and the X-Maxx is running faster and better than ever!! If you are looking for a new RC or just getting started this is a great place to go! Incredible customer service and knowledge. They will have all my business from here on out.

VERY nice, knowledgeable, and helpful owners. LOTS of RC cars & parts in stock from Traxxas, Arrma, Redcat, Pro-line, etc, etc. Tons of models too. We drove over an hour to check them out and it was definitely worth the drive! We'll certainly be back!

A friendly store with a great selection of RC cars, Models, and knowledgeable staff who helped me find what I was looking for. When I'm up in the area definitely swinging by again.

Bought my daughter a Red Cat rc car for Christmas. Charged the car Christmas morning only to find the main switch was missing part of the button. I moved the switch with a pencil. She got a few minutes out of it but kept shutting off. Took the car back to the store and he explained we would have to order parts. A few minutes after we left he called and said I want to you to come back. This is why I like family businesses. He swapped the car out and made it rite. He has my business and I will continue to spread the word. Thanks Again...

Our family was going on a weekend camping trip, which had an RC race track. My 14 yr old son, Reagan wanted to buy a RC car to race there. After two problematic purchases, that would of caused me to never return to this store again, the owner Rich turned this story upside down. Rich went above and beyond for customer service. He replaced our two broken RC car purchases with a top of the line RC car for a phenomenal price, due to our inconvenience. He has earned our family as life long Hobby Town customers. Thanks again Rich!

Had problems with the kraton v5 6's within two days of purchasing it Rich an his team went above an beyond to fix car,with all that said they installed a brand new hobbywing Max8 system in my already new kraton with a monster of a servo it's pretty much bullet proof !Great store they will always have my business.
