Even though it's out of my way, I always look forward to needing to go to Lowe's. Better selection than any other hardware store. Competitive prices and the staff is fantastic. Very friendly and very helpful. My wife loves that we get special treatment with me being a Veteran. Keep up the good work and you'll always be my first choice.

UPDATE: So there was a glitch, and this order was canceled. The issue had nothing to do with George or Tess. I received a message regarding the delivery date being changed. Reached out and UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO SPEAK WITH ASST MGR. BRIAN. THIS MAN CHILD PROVIDED INCORRECT INFORMATION, WAS RUDE, AND REALLY NEEDS SOME TRAINING. I was told originally my items were in stock, the error was detected and Tess worked with the Butler store and scheduled to have my order picked up and brought to Mt. Olive for delivery to my home as scheduled. I was told it never shipped from Butler. I asked Brian to reach out to Butler to see if I could have my original delivery date. HE REFUSED, SAID MY ORDER WITH MT.OLIVE WAS CANCELLED AND HE HAD NO CONTROL OVER WHEN BUTLER WOULD DELIVER. WHEN I QUESTIONED THIS HE RESPONDED "IM GOING IN TO DO THREE INTERVIEWS AND DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS". I drove to Butler where I was assured the materials had been picked up yesterday by Mt.Olive. I shared my struggle with Zuly and Scott from Butler. They immediately arranged for materials to be delivered from their store on my original date. There are professional, kind people everywhere and the there are BRIAN'S. I returned to Mt. Olive and had the displeasure of meeting Brian in person. He was just what I expected. He denied having my order, denied it was picked up and didn't even think of going to the back for a look. BRIAN NEEDS TRAINING. I WISH HE COULD BE OBSERVED BY CORPORATE, BRING BACK SECRET SHOPPERS...WEED OUT THE BRIANS.
Update: look Brian, Scott from the Butler store did your job.

At this time it is difficult to find help in large establishments but there is always a person who does the job with love. I needed information about the amount of paint for my office but unfortunately I don't remember the name of the woman who helped me at that time, I know she works at the paint department. She was very professional and in a few minutes she educated me and showed me the paint options to paint my office.

Excellent staff for customer satisfaction!

Had a wonderful experience here.. Veteran Mr.Frank was very knowledgeable , patient and guided us thru our hardware needs. Nicely organized aisles and clear information available across Lowes.

I usually like lowes I went to this location because they said online they had a product in stock when I got there it was not available

10/10 Sandy and Kristen were the real MVPs, after a logistics failure on our end Sandy and Kristen went above and beyond to get the parts we needed in time to make our deadline, they are knowledgeable, friendly and clearly willing to go the extra mile to get you what you need when you need it. Many places sell the same part but the customer service here beyond reproach. Thanks again!

We were shopping this evening at the Flanders store. We lucked out with the best associate who works here. Geri took time to help us cut our blinds, go over to the closet organizing section, and opened our pro account. What a nice, curious woman. This made our evening out go so very smoothly. @Maggie McCollum you have a top notch associate in Geri!

I went to Lowes to get help with redoing my kitchen. Robert Gardner is a kitchen designer at the Budd Lake , NJ Lowes.
Rob was extreamly patient and knowledgeable. He spent hours with us picking out cabinets, countertops and tile. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful, kind and helpful person he is. Lowes is very lucky to have him.

Wonderful customer service experience! Best experience from lowes to date! Christian, the store manager, and Andy in the garden center went above and beyond. Very accommodating and knowledgeable! They really put in all the extra effort to make sure we got all of the items needed for our project. Won't go anywhere else when we were given the time and attention we needed. Top notch!

Well maintained and stocked store! Ultra clean and neat and everything was easy to find. Super friendly and helpful staff especially Leigh Ann in the seasonal department, she made me feel that magic christmas spirit that's been eluding me all these weeks.

Lowe's has almost all the doy things we need. Also love their garden section. Get almost all the plants we need there every year.

Staff Very friendly, approachable, and helpful. One employee, Tonnie, answered my questions then took me to two different departments showed me the products I needed and stayed with me until I was satisfied. Outstanding! The store is bright and very well organized. Stocked up and ready for holiday sales. Lowe's is laser focused on customer satisfaction. Lowe's is a much better choice than the dark dreary and disorganized HD. Lowe's is well-staffed and even has longer hours than HD. I'll will drive the extra few mins to get to Lowe's and bypass HD.

Honestly, I just stopped to get Girl Scouts cookies
But Lowe's is my preference over Home Depot. More decorative, plants, and furniture selection for patio.

We had a great experience with Cadie in the kitchen cabinets section at Lowes Mt. Olive, NJ store. She helped us design our new kitchen and assisted with the purchase of the new cabinets.

I went to the Lowe’s in Flanders today to purchase a lawnmower and weed-wacker. An employee whose name I believe was Carl helped me select each item and everything else I needed to get the equipment running. He helped me out for easily an hour and answered all of my questions. Best costumer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Keep up the good work.

This is a typical Lowe's. I am not familiar with the Lowe's layout so I had to ask a lot of people where things were. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I found everything I needed.
