Aliza, store manager is very knowledgeable and helped me install an ATT hotspot on my phone and IPad! She helped me with resetting passwords with Google, questions about my email!

I stopped in to check on getting a replacement phone and was very surprised when the customer service person.. Aliza...(sorry if I misspelled your name) helped me out. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products AT&T had to offer. We reviewed my plan and after updating my phone and plan I saved over $79.00.....that was the last thing I thought would happen. I figured it was going to cost me a bunch. Thank you guys for the great service.

Came in with a smashed phone. None of my data was backed such as pictures, contacts, notes, etc. and the screen was black but sometimes would flicker on. Juan, Josie, Zach, and the regional manager there on 5/28/22 were the best! Their customer service was unmatched. They put their minds together and did everything in their power to save my data. They were transparent, helpful, and incredibly patient. Thank you guys so much!

I worked with juan the day Mr Mark Henry is speaking of and juan was very alert and informative with answers to all my questions even though I ended up deciding not to port from my current carrier . I'm glad there's people like him in management roles

I've been in 3 or 4 times and I can't tell you how much I've enjoyed the customer service from Aliza and Aren even though I haven't been able to commit to direct TV. The cleanliness and customer service is awesome

Josephine was exceptional! She was patient, helpful, kind and caring with all our questions and concerns! She made switching providers easy and quick! She never made us feel ignored or disregarded. She allowed my son to relax on the couch watch some cartoons and provided him with a snack of distraction. Something that would have taken another provider forever because they would have expected us to just know what to do. She did with us step by step. Overall I encourage everyone to go to AT&T in Canandaigua next to Applebees. Josephine is awesome.

I came in last week to purchase a Galaxy Active 2 watch, and although they did not have one in stock, Roger assisted me in ordering one! I went back and forth a few times with which size/color I wanted, and he was VERY patient and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and always had a smile on his face! Thank you, Roger, for making my AT&T experience a positive one!!!!

I Was in the neighborhood searching for a new carrier and I was impressed on how the store manager took his time to outline the differences between all of the plans. I was a little unsure of the new financing plans but he showed me how much I save on the new plans and I ended up walking out with a new phone and an appointment for home security. I was impressed to see a manager involved with his customers. 5 stars!

The store was well set up for COVID preparedness, and Jess, who helped us pick out and set up a new phone, was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. She even went out of her way to save us money on our plan. Ditch Verizon and see these folks

Jessica M is about the best representative I have encountered at a ATT store. Her expertise and professionalism is super. I encountered Jessica twice in a week and her service was excellent. Besides her knowledge she is patient and helpful. I will always use Jessica for any ATT issues. ATT is lucky to have such a competent and reliable employee.

Great experience replacing/upgrading an obsolete phone. Court is efficient and helpful; took the time to understand what I wanted and never tried to sell me more than I needed. Transferred the phone number and GoPhone balance to the new device and I walked out with a working replacement in less than an hour, no hassle. Will definitely be back.

We saved over 250 a month switching from Verizon to AT&T. We are a family of 4. Thats a crazy amount of money 💰. The coverage is great and so far the service is great. Plus we all got new phones.

Phone got hacked. Brendon and court helped me with phone. Not tech savvy was in their four times everytime were awesome never made me feel stupid explained until totally understood. I think I got it know said welcome to come back with any questions I have. They are awesome!!!!telling everyone to go here

The service I got from the manager, Court and his associate Brendon was above and beyond. I actually believe it would be an amazing ad about how AT&T had incredible service the day I brought in my father 88+ and his wife, who is blind to get an iPhone and have them teach us how to use it. Their patience and understanding of the situation was incredible. They took the time to explain everything, go slow, write things down, Brendon took my mom‘s arm and used a tapping method to show her how to use voice control it was fabulous. Court and Brendon demonstrated what customer service is really about. It did not end that day, I had to call a week later because my father had an update which it made him get a password, I called from out of town Court walked me through it, it was again above and beyond. In this day of technology and seniors not being able to navigate, Court and Brendon helped us, they taught us. What is great about technology keeping us closer I can now see my dad far away keeping an eye on him and my mom and I really attribute it to Court and Brendon. Thank you!!!!

Griffin was v. helpful with my business account and getting things sorted out, and also getting new phones. Another customer arrived and was asking about activating her phone, so Brendon came out to help her. Very quickly, it became apparent that the new customer had mental health issues, however, Brendon was always polite and charming with her. Griffin got her dog water. They were most impressive. Thank you.
(Oops - just discovered there was a huge miscommunication on Griffin's part - I discovered this when cancelling the line I was replacing - so that has rather soured my view!!)

Jess and Roger were absolutely amazing! I was switching service carrier and buying a new phone,, I was very pleased with their customer service and deal I got on a new iPhone 11,,, I would highly recommend them!!
