There was an Outdoor arts and crafts show that tempted me but it was at least half an hour to an hour further north than where I was that put me in a crafts mood. Nothing better than immersing myself at Michael’s! Shout out to Jason in the Frame department who expertly guided me to the most beautiful graduation certificate frame! Thank you Jason!

Next time you get in an arts and crafts mood I recommend you visit Michael’s too! ☺🙃🎉🥳 And while I was there I found Very beautiful reasonably priced beaded bracelets!! ☺😃🥳

This is a clean, well-staffed store with friendly staff and an ample supply of season items and craft items. If you sign up for the rewards system, you’ll get periodic coupons customized to your interest, including discounts off the framing services.

We’ve had a dozen works framed here, and that’s what keeps us coming back: the framing staff are creative, helpful, and effective designers. They bring a professional touch to the job, and we’ve had numerous “ooo’s” and “ahh’s” of art hung in our homes framed with Michael’s. With the discount, it’s an unbeatable price and above-average value.

This location is very clean and well stocked. Sometimes the lines may get long but I guess it’s just everyone trying to take advantage of their great deals! I always come here and usually end up buying more things than I originally came for. Great place to shop!

Staff is super helpful and always very relaxed. Store is organized and prices are accurately listed. The addition of the self checkout stations have made checking out such a breeze. I haven't seen long lines here (outside of the holiday season) since they were installed

Nicely organized with lots of crafts and art stuff. Have recently loved the introduction of Creatology products. Love their online shopping website and order pick up options

Sometimes being able to go to the store makes purchasing things a bit easier to visualize. I have some signed memorabilia that I wanted to frame up and definitely got the help I needed to make it how I wanted.

I ordered online and the pickup was Great and Fast.

Large variety of crafting material. Helpful staff. They now have self-checkout liens which makes things a little bit easier. They still have a cashier provided you pay cash only.

Had my diploma framed here recently. Excellent service and got it back to me in shorter than the time they originally said they would.

As always, the variety of products is terrific. Organized aisles, helpful staff, always sales & coupons too.
Return policy is positive. Would be a dangerous store for me to work for, as I'm into arts and crafts!

Only thing I don't like is the way the check out lines are set up. There's no signage saying where they start and the registers are hidden behind long counters so it isn't easy to figure out how to even get to the line. But after the first time going there, if you remember the set up, then you're okay.
Floor help was great, knowledgeable.

Impressive store, I could spend hours in it looking at all the stuff they have to create everything. We went to buy a basket, they have so many to choose, the prices were what I expected to spend on it. Service is always good. Huge parking space, in a nice mall.

Did you ever just have one of those days where everything was going wrong and you wanted to break down and cry? Well the cashier at this Michael’s turned that day around for me. She was so sweet and personable she turned my mood around. This store is always fully stoacked and the aisles are always clean. Recommend this location.

Boryana has amazing customer service. We just witnessed an extremely difficult customer curse her out and she held her composure. You all are lucky to have employees that know how to handle your brand. Bravo!

Excellent store with excellent in-store customer service. They have a pretty good order online and pick up system.

It had many of the things I need at a lower price than other stores. My little sister loves going there, she loves slime and Michaels has the materials and store-made slimes for us to buy and play with.

ITS VERY ART AND CRAFT SO IF U LOVE TO DO LITTLE PROJECTS AND MAKES STUFF THIS STORE IS FOR YOU, THREW MINE EXPERIENCE OF DOING SHOPPING THERE ITS BEEN A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE BUT THERE WAS ONE DAY I WAS GOING TO GIVE THEM 4.5 BECAUSE OF THERE EAGERNESS TO LEAVE ON TIME ON CLOSING WHEN WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMER -- SORRY FOR CAPS BUT I THINK ITS LOOK GOOD AND NOTICEABLE
