I needed to replace a headlight ASAP. The employee (Brittany) helped me figure out what I needed, retrieved the correct bulb, and even went above and beyond to provide tools to assist with removal of parts surrounding the bulb. All and all, great customer service, will be going back if I'm town for car part needs.

My check engine light came on, Josh was able to scan my car, an determine what was wrong. Then was very helpful in getting all the parts I needed.

Go see Caleb at the Galion store, he'll help you find whatever you need. Their staff is always helpful and will do whatever they can to get you back on the road. I highly recommend O'Reilly it's my choice for parts when I'm in a bind!!

Really great service! My car battery was bad, and I needed a new one. I got there a few minutes before closing and asked the people there to check my battery to see if it was bad. (I didn't know at the time.) They checked it and said it was and then sold me a new one. I was planning on taking it home and putting the new battery in. It turned out the car wouldn't start because the battery was completely dead. The store had just closed, and I was left trying to change the car battery with a few tools but without a socket wrench. Two of the employees Brian and Brittany came out and changed the battery for me. They went above and beyond helping me out after the store had already closed. I cannot recommend this place enough! Definitely a fan of O'reillys.

My go-to in town for auto parts and other needs. Always a friendly staff willing to help as much as they can.

My go to parts store. Better quality parts than any other parts store in my opinion. Ordered most of my parts for my car from here, other parts I get online. I always go with performance parts if available

Britney is extremely helpful she will take care of you they price match all their competitors and if they don't have the part you're looking for but they have the more expensive part they will price match that as well

Chris and Scott were great helping me with an old Ford farm tractor ignition coil. They went above and beyond.They matched one up and it runs great. Thanks Les

Opens early, they can get most parts within a day, helpful place for the do it yourselfer car fixer or detailer

O'Reillys in bucyrus is the best place in the area for parts, I don't even check other parts stores anymore and I've been doing this type work for over 50 years
