Excellent service. The employees are all friendly & professional. On my first visit Jacob assisted me, knowledgeable & polite. Brené spent a lot of time helping me with an upgrade to a newer phone, great sense of humor & a lot of patience. Pleasant experiences.

The customer service at this store far exceeded my expectations. I have family that has dementia. I don't live locally anymore and came back to Elmira to visit my family with dementia in the facility they are in. They had a non-functional cell phone. I took them into the store and Larry helped us. He prevented the purchase of brand new phone by being proactive and finding out the non-functional cell phone user had insurance; this is hard information to get from someone who can't remember anything. He helped us successfully file the insurance claim, and then, had the replacement phone shipped to the store and helped me get it to my family members after I had left town. I don't think you could ask for better customer service. Larry is one of the kindest and most helpful people I have encountered at a place like this. Thank you Larry. I truly appreciate you! AT&T is fortunate to have you as an employee.

They were super helpful and nice rven close to closing time. They got me so many awesome deals!I even walked out of there with half off item and free item. They are just really enjoyable to work with. Awesome store would highly recommend if you're in the Elmira area!

Excellent service! Recommend going there for all your mobile devices. Marcus had quite a task on his hand with our phone, he stayed very pleasant and professional. Benny and Marcus both looked in to the issue and we got it solved.

Awesome service when I went in with a broken phone, the first being Julia Lopez who mentioned the potential trade in value of my current phone basically covering the new phone cost which I would've never known to look for otherwise and also the ONLY reason I decided to upgrade. Then Marcus Parker was the fella that set me up the following morning when I went in, he just zipped through the forms and clearly described what I was getting and he had me setup and out of there with a working new phone in under half an hour! It's hard to find such quality customer service these days so it is 100% appreciated!

I stopped by this store for a galaxy watch had great customer service .Larry made sure that all other employees that were helping other customers were ok and didn't need help..when finished with their customers he asked employee did it go OK when they responded with yes he replied good job..great customer service and GREAT JOB TO THIS WHOLE STORE

I have messed my phone up so many times going through my phone....lol.. one time something I did made it so my keyboard wouldn't even pull up... I took it to the local store in Elmira and the sale associate got into my phone and less than two minutes and he had solved the issue ...awesome help.
