Alpha One is my one stop shop for what I need for my duties. They are more than just nice, they go out of their way to make sure they get everything right and that you are satisfied. You dont have to worry about waiting for literal months on end just to get what you ordered. The staff here, especially Karen, is very helpful and will make sure you get what you need.

I have always had very professional and exceptional service here. Its a small store that offers so much.

Amazing service! Great selection, and they are so helpful! Anytime I need to get anything for my husband, they are so helpful! Karen (I think) even helped me order him a beanie for Christmas when they were out of stock, and their turn around time for repairs is best in town!

I visited this store for the first time recently and damn does it feel good to be treated like a customer again! Brenda is great! If you’re forced to spend your allotment at a nearby store, get your extras here. If you have the freedom to spend your allotment, you’re missing out if you do not visit this store.

Alpha One has exactly what I need. I’d they don’t have something in stock, it comes in quickly with attention to detail. Plus, the fact that they have a seamstress on site is huge. I highly recommend.

First off. To the ladies that work the counter are absolutely great. Very nice and knowledgeable. After that it’s horrible. Brenda, the owner, won’t return emails or phone calls when you have a problem. Steve, not exactly sure what his title is, is a joke. He tells you what you want to hear but never follows through. All a bunch of lies.
