Awesome assistant manager - very helpful! Wish more people were like her in the world:) also Brandon was helpful and answered all my questions. Fantastic store employees!!!

Erica went far and beyond to help me to get my hotspot and upgrade my phone. She was kind, professional and knowledgeable. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could!

AT&T website was not working for my phone trade in. Spoke to Brandon here at the store and he assured me that he would take care of me and if he could not in R store that he would set it up to where I got taken care of. I showed up to store, told the 2 employees that were in store that I spoke to Brandon, he quickly rose his hands and said I got you and took over everything for me. He explained everything in detail, gave me great customer service which is not to comment these days. I stick to stores that give the best customer service. I'll be coming back here next time I need service in store With AT&T. I have been with AT&T for over 2 decades now

I spoke with many customer support agents over the phone for hours trying to figure out what was wrong with my phone and had zero luck finding the issue. So I ended up at the At&T store on Friday. Erica was the first person to help me when I walked in and she was able to diagnose my phones issue with in a few minutes! Even though my phone wasn't able to be fixed on the spot she helped me with my insurance claim and I was out the door within 15 minutes. She was kind, quick, and very knowledgeable. Thank you Erica.

I popped into the store with two expensive issues, all back-end bill stuff and not requiring any purchases. Still, they helped me with a smile, explaining everything clearly. I will save almost two hundred dollars a month from my bill and will always shop at this store when my family does need to purchase new equipment. Thank you, so much!!

When I came here the staff only consisted of 2 Individual's. They were so friendly and struck me as the type to go above and beyond to help a customer. Thankx guys...

Anthony had fantastic customer service skills! Very knowledgeable and professional. I think he was there by himself, but did a great job resolving my unique problem while assisting other customers that would come in. I highly recommend this location and ask for him.

My mother had to get a Jew phone a few days ago. She went in and got it taken care of, and has told me several times how great Brandon at the store was with helping her get everything set up and taken care of. I’m so glad she had a great experience!

Sandra was awesome at taking care of our needs with getting a new phone for my daughter. I’ll definitely return to this location and hopefully she’s still there when I need anything from AT&T.

I had the best experience at this store. The workers went above and beyond in helping me get a new iPhone. I was having issues at first but they spent time after work hours and made sure I had my phone and helped me entertain my 5 yr old while there lol. I have never been treated this way at any other store. Thanks so much for your help!
