Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Had a really good experience here. I had an old paint that I needed to color match. They quickly mixed a can which turned out to be a perfect match! Helpful, friendly service.

Jennifer is very helpful. She mixed a difficult color that perfectly matched a color in my daughters home. I was told it couldnt be done but Jennifer did it. She had the paint ready when I went to pick it up. I am very thankful. This saved a lot of work.

Went in to get a couple of gallons of exterior paint for my chimney. Salesman was very helpful and he was able to give me a military discount. In and out in 20 minutes. All around great experience.

Wow I am completely blown away by Jenna's customer service skills on the phone and at the Sherwin-Williams at 10200 Boulder Line Ste 100, Austin, TX 78726. I called the Sherwin-Williams in Bee Caves and Burnett road and I was told the $60 exterior paint could not be reversed back from a grey back to a brown. Jenna told me they have a chart for what add to adjust the color. She said she would try. I was so pleased for her willingness to help me out. Jenna is friendly and courteous. She told me she would add few ounces of color then she showed me the paint it was back to brown. I asked her for a darker brown and she succeeded 100%. For the store manager, Jenna deserves a promotion. Her customer skills are excellent.

I VERY rarely post reviews... However, on such a special occasion I will gladly spend the time. Today, I made bone-head mistake on a paint order -- wasn't paying attention to the selection and ended up with the wrong type of paint. I actually didn't realize my mistake until later when I got home. Shh...ut the front door! Really?! Assuming the worst, I reached out to the SW on Bolder (my local store) and spilled my gaff (*yikes*). But, a fine gentlemen by the name of Brendan reassured me that "it happens," and gladly offered to remedy MY mistake. Totally. Cool. And, by the way, each time I've needed paint or paint supplied, and was lucky enough to be served by Brendan, I leave a happy customer. Give the guy a raise! ;)

Brendan did a great job for me. He was willing to wait for me to pick up my 5 gallon bucket of paint so I could work on the project Saturday night. Also made recommendations on the product to be used.

This morning, I came back to this location for addition paint gallons. I ran into mr. ROSS Richardson and he was helped me with his knowledge and advise with the type of paint that meet my paint project goal.

I really impressed and like to recommending to anyone that whom wish to have an honest opinion and I am sure mr Ross will help you as much he has helped me. Thx u Mr. Ross

Brendan at Boulder and 620 helped me soooo much. I took tile in and he helped with colors that were complementary. Plus I was encouraged that they had someone who could come to my house to help with colors. As it turned out, I was able to choose without that extra help. Thanks, Brendan!
