Worked with Shae and Dylan on some shoes for my wedding. We got quite the amount of shoes. Couldn't be more pleased with them. Thank you helping with the affordability of my wedding.

Visited the store on 7/26/23 for an exchange of four pairs of shoes I had purchased online. I was greeted by Abby who was a pleasure to work with!! My transaction was challenging due to an online sale and a partial payment using a gift card. Abby handle it like a pro and we even had some laughs. She was a breath of fresh air that seems to be lacking with retail sales associates these days (back in the day I did retail sales). Nice job, Abby! I hope your manager recognizes you as an asset to DSW.

Take worn shoes in and guess what you get credit points and every week take a pair get points then you can get sale shoes or any shoes cheaper from the points of you taking in old shoes for new shoes. Shop whatever you looking for DSW got it

Absolutely exceptional customer service! I have been a premier rewards member for years, but it's rare that I get treated like one when I walk into one of their stores. This store was very different. Selina was the store manager at the time of my visit, and she handled the mess of an order/returns I had. I even got frustrated with myself for holding up the line, but she insisted it was fine and didn't stop or complain till my order was complete. Thank you so much for making me feel like a valued customer! The store associate Madisun was also very helpful. I'll try to stop by this store more often.

The employees were very helpful. I didn't get the managers name but something ..iona? She was very nice and helpful. I bought my wife some shoes, she's used to UK sizes so I bought too small of a size. We didn't realize until we got to our destination and didn't have a DSW by us. She ended up having to wear them. The staff at this location was very understanding and helped us exchange the pair out. We were very happy with the customer service and will be returning to this location to buy more shoes!

Shout out to Dorothy who just helped me through a bit of an ordering mess to get the correct discounts and rewards applied. She stayed cheerful and helpful throughout the process even though there was a line of customers, she was assisting other employees, she had to call online support to place the order, and the store phone kept ringing. Calm in chaos and great service :)

Went here cause I thought they had a specific pair of shoes in stock (I read it wrong it was online only) but turns out they didn't at this location. They found them at another location and ended up helping me purchase them at this location, then they will be shipped to my house. The 3 employees that I talked to/helped me were very friendly and definitely would recommend this place.

Great selection of shoes and boots, amazing prices. They ended up talking care of me on kind of a funky return issue, will definitely be back. Thanks again DSW!

I recently visited the Arbor Lakes DSW and was extremely pleased with the level of service I received. I had to make a return for defective merchandise and was initially fearful that it would be a hassle, but the experience was more than I imagined. I will be more than happy to shop at this location in the future and recommend the store to my friends.

Even when the logistics chain shortage, this is the place to go for the best selection and price.

I love DSW and this is one of my favorite locations. They have a great selection compared to other stores within the area. There is a good amount of items in clearance too.

They have a really nice sale going on the staff are friendly and also helpful .. I paid 60 bucks for 200 dollar shoes and the quality is impeccable

I love this store. Everyone is super helpful, there's a huge selection, and overall, the prices are pretty good.

They had a large selection of Doc Martens and some other moto boots.

When you get to your size the selection can be esoteric or practical the pricing is always good a fun place to visit if you need shoes.
