AT&T Store

Typically have around a 20 minute wait time but that's to be expected at any phone store. We're always greeted upon entering and informed about the current wait time. Was told if you come right at open it is more likely you won't have to wait.

Have worked with Steve both times we went into the store and was a great interaction. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me his work cell number incase I needed more assistance, which I did, and he responded in a timely manner & solved my 'issue' just as fast.

Really appreciate this store. Jared is such a great associate and has helped us and many times. He sold us 6 new iPhones last Christmas and made it a great experience!

Anna helped me tonight with setting up a new phone plan. She was very helpful! She knew every answer to all the questions I had. I was very happy with her help and would absolutely come back because of it.

I just had the best customer service at this location! After an incredibly disappointing trip to the store on Wedgewood, I stopped in here to see if someone would help me with my trade in and getting my voice mail set up. I was in and out in 6 minutes with everything working properly and my old phone traded in. This will be my new go to location for assistance and accessories.

We had a pleasant experience with the resolution of a complex problem that lasted for 1.5 years, related to not being credited for an iPhone exchange. Jared was amazing to work with and demonstrated patient customer care. Steve, the Assistant Manager, did an extraordinary job in articulating the issue to customer care and speeding up the process.

Finally, we ended up with additional benefits for the FirstNet account with a free Apple Watch!

I went in to get a prepaid SIM card for my camper prepared to pay a price I was quoted by customer care and left with a whole new service, discounts I didn’t know I was eligible for, and better service for my camper hotspot. It was a rough road to get the service (not their fault!) but they stuck it out and made sure I left with the service I wanted. Anna was amazing!!!! That woman can multi task and knows how to get stuff done. She was absolutely amazing and stuck through it when a lot of other reps would have given up and told me to come back later. Anna, top notch service!!! Thank you so much for helping me out and getting me such an awesome deal!!!

So impressed with the Maple Grove AT&T store. Charlie was so very patient helping me as I made a decision between Android or IPhone. He answered any and all of my many questions and set the new IPhone completely up for me so it was ready for use immediately, including contacts, photos and text messages. What an amazing experience. Maria was also extremely patient - to the max - as I decided what accessories I needed and wanted. The next day, Anna helped me exchange what I didn’t need and helped me find the right accessory for the new IPhone. All of the employees were courteous, patient and made me feel very welcome as a customer. Great job AT&T employees!!
