Eric the owner is a phenomenal person! I came in with a huge dilemma with my kids homecoming posters and he made sure he got them done just in time! Top notch service! Glad i didn’t go anywhere else!

Everyone is the store was very pleasant. I was able to work closely with Reno and he went above and beyond to assist me. I was having trouble with printing some documents and he did not stop giving me solutions until we fixed the issues. I really appreciate service like this. I come here all the time for drop offs or Amazon returns. Always fast, easy and well taken care of. Sydnee and Max are always a great help.

I've never been to such a pleasant business in all the years I've been alive. I have never had a bad experience here. They are so fast, efficient and so pleasant. No one there ever has a bad day. Every business should take this UPS's example. Bravo to them all.

I had to ship my son in law’s work computer to him and I was helped by Reno. Very very nice and answered all of my questions and concerns. Very professional and I would go to him personally for all of my UPS shipments in the future. UPS has a very good person working for them!!

My wife shipped two different prescriptions up to me NDA from Florida. I'm a truck driver, and although it was incredibly expensive it was still cheaper than taking dirt cheap freight to get me close to the house for her to meet me.

The staff was awesome. It was delivered to this location by 11:00 AM. Tracking was spot on, and I've never seen such a large staff at any other UPS store.
They must do a large amount of business.
$5.00 hold fee, and I was literally in, and out in 5 minutes.

I ran out of business cards from networking at an event, but I have to go to another event today. I called 7 different printing service companies and no one would help me because I was last minute. I understood, but I didnt give up. The manager at this UPS location is the GOAT. He not only printed my business cards, but he gave them to me for free because I only needed a handful. This dude really helped me out and made my day. This is hands down the best UPS store in the area!

People always make the difference between excellence and mediocrity. The staff at this location fall into the "excellence" category: very professional, they work as a team, and, most importantly, they are customer-oriented.

As a small business owner, I've been a customer at this location since the late 90's (back when it was branded Mail Boxes Etc). Eric and Liz have always been exceptionally friendly, helpful and willing to go out of their way to make sure my shipping needs are met. Their staff, too, is fantastic. If I've got something really important to ship, I don't send it from anywhere else. If I don't have the means to pack a large or valuable item myself, I can count on Eric and team to do it right (you get what you pay for!). If there's ever a problem (damaged item or delay), I can call the store and get all of the information and support I need to make it right.

I went in to return my Spectrum cable box. UPS Stores are a free drop-off point for Spectrum. There was a line. I waited a total of 2 minutes to see an Associate. She handled my transaction, gave me a receipt and I was on my way. I have some items to ship soon. You can be sure, I'll be returning there for their great service.

Let me first start off by saying that I drove all the way from Madison Heights to Livonia just to go to this UPS store because of their great customer service reviews. I needed to ship a sensitive package off and trusted that this store would be willing and able to help me do that, and boy did they ever. Lara was amazing, making sure that I didn't miss a step and following through with communication and speaking to UPS directly when the package needed to be intercepted. I want to thank this store for their amazing customer service, attention to detail in their job, and the smiles and warm welcomes you get when entering this establishment. I will be back, that's not even a question. Keep up the great work!

This UPS center is the absolute best I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. I am shocked at how far above and beyond the staff went to accommodate my job. Including Samir personally hand carrying my job to a location when I was unable to find a courier at the time. Samir is a stand out employee and an asset to the UPS company & David did an amazing prompt and fantastic job of getting my order complete very quickly. I wish all UPS centers had a staff as exemplary as this location!!

I have had so many wonderful experiences to share about this location, but most recently, I returned an item via amazon that was not refunded properly. When I contacted Amazon, there was "no record" of my item or the label. I called and spoke with a gentlemen that was so nice and patient; he provided me with every detail I needed to prove to Amazon that their system was wrong and to correct the mistake. He was fast and friendly. We have been loyal customers for years and will continue to be for years to come. Thank you for everything you do!

I always end up at these places because I have to return either something to Amazon or something to AT&T, and boy do they make it extremely easy these days. I stopped at this location because it was on my way home—and it truly was a pleasant surprise.

The employees here are extremely friendly, helpful, efficient, and informative. If you've ever been to one of these places, you know they're not very big so it can get a bit busy and crowded depending on when you stop in. I wouldn't expect to wait more than a couple minutes though, so it really isn't a big deal.

This location is situated within a shopping center so parking shouldn't really be an issue, though the parking lot can be a bit confusing with the overall way that it's laid out—you'll see what I mean if you stop in.

All in all, if you find yourself in the area and having to ship something via UPS, I recommend using the services this location has to offer.

The Best UPS Store location EVER!! Each time I visit this store I am greeted with a friendly smile and a welcoming “How may I help You?”

Im a UPS Corporate HR employee and this really pleases me. I have visited other locations in the area and they don’t come close to the expert customer service I receive from this location. I will go out of my way to visit this location due to the respect they give to their customers.
