Hey everyone this store has reopened with a new owner and it's great. Go check it out Has the biggest nuts and bolt 🔩 🔩 selection of any store in the area. Has a little coffee shop with baked goods and I think they give classes. Has some really unique finds. If you haven't been please go check it out. It's a wonderful store

They have it all at prices comparable or better than Home Depot. Big difference is that they know what they are taking about! And They're nice about it!!!

Dillion was awesome. He fixed my fisker lawn shears. He had to use a grinder to reshape a bolt. Was really kind.

This is a well stocked and well run locally owned hardware store. The employees are always helpful and they have several employees who have vast knowledge of various repair methods and techniques for home related issues. Joe Pater, The owner of the store, is often on the floor himself and he works to take care of their customers.

I prefer this local store to the big box stores. At times when the item I needed wasn't in stock or if a big box stores price was lower, Pater's True Value would match the lower price. They also can order many hard to find items such as unusual filter sizes, etc.

Give this store a chance to earn your business. If you don't see what you are looking for, ask one of their diligent and hard working employees. It is nice to get just what you need, when you need it. Supporting local businesses help keep them here for when we need them.

I personally love this place. They have many hard to find items ! Their nut and bolt section is Phenomenal!! They still carry minwax stains :-). Not to mention this is also a locally owned business. And he is a great guy who really cares about the needs of his community! Unlike Lowes where everything is C or D grade at A grade prices. I'm so done buying junkie hardware from the big outlets like Lowes ( low-quality). This True Value Rocks !!!!! 50 stars 🌟

great selection, the staff was really friendly, made recommendations for better products than what I selected for a better price, and even loaded my purchases into my car for me. Likely the best hardware store in the area. Definitely shopping there again
