AT&T Store

I did not get the young lady or gentlemans name at the athens al location. They were great and very knowledgeable. I come in closer to closing time (everyone's worst nightmare) and they were kind and ready to help. We were there for about 45 min after closing, and with nothing but positive attitudes and great team work.

Nice friendly people. Great customer service. I really have nothing negative to say about my visit. We were helped as soon as we walked in the store and there were no issues.

Asia was amazing!!!! professional & funny helped me and my sister get the perfect Samsung watches. We appreciate you so much!!! thank you so much for your patience and kindness.

Shannon was so amazing!
She was so friendly and made us feel right at home. She answered all our questions and just really overall went above and beyond her job. Also two other Zane And Daniel them two are the best also! They came over to assist and the atmosphere with all three of them was just beyond amazing! I highly recommend them so much ❤ This was by far the best experience we have ever had at this AT&T ❤

My mom and I visited this store yesterday and I cant even begin to explain what a great experience it was. Daniel, Wesley, and Natalie were by far the best agents we have ever dealt with. Not only were they knowledgeable, but they made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. They answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We will refer them to anyone and everyone who asks us about phone and service needs! You guys are awesome!

Natalie was incredibly helpful. She was polite, efficient, and really knew her ‘stuff’. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this location and in particular ask for Natalie.

My phone died completely. The sales associate was great. We got 2 new phones, upgraded our service, and were very pleased with the young man. He was very pleasant (even with us coming in 30 minutes before closing) and a great conversationalist. We felt like we spent no time at all there, he made great suggestions. We definitely suggest this store to do business with.

Zane was very helpful with a question about my bill. Angel also helped me get my phone switched over. Love coming to this location due to the employees being very friendly.

My husband and I both got new phones. Daniel and Shannon were helpful throughout the entire process. They were patient with our many questions which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this store and these associates.

When I walked in, the nicest young man, Micah, welcomed me. He immediately answered all the questions I asked. He was the best sales representative I've ever dealt with in the store. I was in and out in 32 minutes. I would give him an A++ for service & professionalism. Micah was the BEST!!

This store is great! The manager and assistant manager were very helpful! We went to the Madison store and they were terrible there! Decided to try this store and were very pleased they helped us very easily and professionally! Will always go here from now on for our AT&T needs.

I've been fighting with At&t for over a month getting nothing but a run around. I went into the Athens store to get my long overdue phone and I witnessed the store manager Daniel helping an elderly gentleman with his phone. When he was done it was raining hard and the elderly gentleman decided to wait a few minutes for it to stop. Daniel went and got an umbrella and walked him to his car. awesome to see. There is a lack of customer service now a days and Daniel and his district manager Jenny are Rockstar. They have renewed my faith in customer service and I will definitely only go to them. Thank you two for all you did for me and others!

So, happy Athens, AL now has an AT&at store!! Best service ever!! Not only am I happy due to saving gas and no longer have to drive out of town, but employees professionals, easy to talk with, and had all that I wanted and able to answer every single question. Great experience!! Keep up the good work!! Thanks so very much!

so easy to deal with...I switched from Verizon...in and out in under 30 minutes. and when my bill arrived, it isvwhat they said it would be. during my time at the store, I noticed that when people came in for whatever reason...most were greeted by their name.....that says a lot about the team there...good job guys!!

CAN NOT say enough good things about this location!! They helped me through all of my questions and concerns with my new iPhone 5. I believe Noe was the young gentlemen who helped me! He deserves a raise and whoever trained these employees did an amazing job! Thank you!

Shawn was amazing in helping me purchase and set up my new iPhone. Every worker there was patient and kind. Shawn even helped me get my new phone connected to Bluetooth in my car. He deserves a BIG RAISE! Y’all are lucky to have him in the store; however, someone with his customer service skills will surely be promoted to district manager to enable his helpful characteristics reach a wider range of AT&T customers!
