I have been looking around shopping for a pair of boots . And a lady told me to try out Blair Western , So I stopped into Blair‘s at 30 minutes to closing . A gentleman walks up to us. Ask us if we need anything I said we’re just taking a Quick Look that I’d liked fancy tops on my western boots. Gentleman asked what size I wanted I replied my size which is 11 1/2EE to 12 D. I told him I have problems getting boots on because I have big ankles and big calf’s he asked for me to sit in that chair to get my foot measurement which no other store does and the last time I’ve had them measured I was 17 I’m 49 now .NOT the 4 Cavender ,not Boot Depot, or Joe Blow’s western wear has ever asked to do that I walked out with the best feeling boots I’ve ever ever had at 13-B and my foot slid Right in them Anderson Bean boots like they were specially made for me. I WILL be buying my boots from now on from Blair’s Western wear. I walked out with two pair one for me and one for my wife , thank you Mr. Blair for all your help

I was recommended to shop at Blair's for a new hat. This was an experience. I had no idea about the shaping of a cowboy hat. I also did not know about the different shapes and crowns. I had the pleasure of having the store owner Mr. Blair help me to pick out a style and crown, he steams the hat and shapes it. I am looking forward to doing this with family and friends when they come to town. Lots of great Cowboy working attire also, this store is not just for dressing up but also to get work done in work clothes that can take a beating. This was a an experience and not just a shopping trip. If you work outside or just looking to dress up for a night out this is the place to shop. Thank you Mr. Blair

Wow, this was the best customer service we've ever had. We went in to look for boots for my husband and the gentleman helping us asked to measure his size. Come to find out he had been wearing too small of a size. We got the right size and his boots felt so much better. He was a very pleasant and helpful man. We highly recommend Blairs Western Wear!

My bf and I were recently in San Angelo for the night and, as I always do when we go to a new town, I looked up Western wear stores. On the way to dinner we stopped by Blair's just to look....Well, we both left with new boots and a far better understanding about sizing and fit. It was a learning experience and our feet are definitely the happier for it. Thomas was extremely helpful with determining our correct size and width and steering us (no pun intended) to the correct boots for the most comfortable fit. I cannot say enough about the staff and how helpful and knowledgeable they were. The young ladies greeted us immediately with smiles and offers of assistance as well. It is truly refreshing to go to a store where customer service is of primary importance. We will definitely return again when we are in town. Skip the chain stores. Shop local and go to Blair's!

I can't say enough good things about Blairs. We were in town visiting our college son and I had promised him a shopping trip for new jeans and shirts. The two young ladies were super friendly and helpful, and especially knowledgeable in jeans selection. We came away with some great purchases.

My husband was searching for a pair of work boots and since he couldn’t find any at Cavendar’s, he decided to go to Blair’s. As soon as we walked in, a gentleman approached us and asked if he could help us. We explained what my husband was looking for and he had him step into their chair. He measured my husband’s foot and explained how my husband has been wearing the wrong size all this time. He got him a pair of boots that fit him comfortably and great! We appreciate how our experience was from the first step we took inside the store! We will definitely be back again!

Amazing selection of boots, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. I walked in just to browse and look around but within five minutes of being greeted I was sitting in a chair having my feet sized and measured, with three different people bringing me different styles and fits of boots try on.
I never Once felt like I was being harassed or pushed around. Instead, I felt like royalty. After trying on a half dozen boots I just talked to a couple of the guys for a half hour or so about differences in brand and material, and all the information I could want about the selection they offer.
I went back in to buy a pair of boots later that week, and I intend to buy another (different) pair there in a couple months.

The atmosphere at Blair's is really great. It seems like all the employees really like their job, which is great because it makes them more approachable. They also carry rare sizes in boots which is great because I'm a size 10 and I can never find any boots in my size, except at Blair's!

Great place to shop. I went all over town trying to find boots in my style and size and was unsuccessful . I walked into Blairs (last) and they did not have what I wanted BUT they were the only place that offered to order what I wanted. I will always put them first when I need anything else because they made me feel like they wanted me to be happy with my purchase. BEST SERVICE IN SAN ANGELO !

I came here to get a hat shaped. The gentleman there helped try and shape it, but noted it was going to be difficult due to the lower quality. I asked about similar hats in their selection and he helped me pick out and order a Stetson after getting me properly fitted. Very nice folks, will definitely be back.

This is the first place I come when I need new pants. Everything is neat and organized. Every one is nice. GREAT store, great service, highly recommend this place.

In a word...awesome. Recently, I was in San Angelo on business, and my work boots broke down on me. After doing some searching, I thought I'd try Blair's. I walked into this store, knowing exactly what I needed - a square-steel-toed work boot, in a size 10 1/2. As it turns out, I didn't know what I needed at all. Two stellar guys (Thomas Blair and a guy named Gabriel) took a lot of time measuring my foot. Not just the size - the arch, the angle of my toes - everything. Then they took more time, explaining how the boot should fit, ie. where the ball of my foot should be in the boot, how it should feel - that sort of thing. Bottom line is: I've been wearing the wrong size (and width) of shoes/boots my entire life. I walked out of the store with a pair of boots that feel like they were made for me! (Literally...they feel so good, you'd think they were custom made.) My new Twisted-X work boots are officially the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. Can't say enough about how amazing these guys are!! Run, don't walk, to Blair's....then, comfortably walk away in your new boots.

Blair's is a great store. Prices are better than some of the other options in town. The staff are friendly and helpful. They really try to get you in the best pair of boots for you.

These guys have all your needs. Kids, men's, women's and FR gear. They even carry bug and tall sizes . It is convenient and the staff is always super helpful and more importantly knowledgeable about their items. I could spend wayyyy to much money in there.

The hat department here carries awesome American hats that are out of this world quality and the guys who shape them are the best in the state of Texas! They will work hard and not rush to get the hat the exact way the customer wants.

They have great selection of boots. Super nice folks and great service! This store takes the time to actually size their customers correctly.

The people seem more like someone that knows you. Very good costumer service, good pricing, nice selection. Yes I would recommend this place
