They are very helpful in the small town hardware store kind of way......

They admit to selling an incredibly inferior potting soil and offer it as the first choice when asked about potting soil. The stuff was barely worth throwing in a ditch and would likely make better bowls than potting soil if you had access to a kiln. When pressed about it all they offered was to sell me the incredibly expensive but high quality alternative. Overall they have great customer service which will always make me come back but they get their hands dirty when it comes to pushing bagged garbage clay under the guise of potting soil.
