Always fun going in Big Lots... You actually never know what you're gonna find... For the most part the prices are usually below everyone else.. The staff are always very helpful and friendly...

They don't have craft supplies. But what they do have is nice and prices are good.

Big Lots has the best home decor. And it's inexpensive. I recently bought curtains for my bedroom. They have a wide selection. They also have furniture with low low prices!

My cashier today, Sarah was excellent. She was friendly, efficient and enthusiastic. The store was clean and pretty well stocked. The spices were beginning to get low but that is not surprising since they were this week's free gift.

Always fun to shop there cuz you never know what you're gonna find... I like the fact that you can buy clothes in one isle... Frozen foods in another and shop for furniture in the same store... Prices great & usually very friendly employees... One of my favorite stores

First time at this Big Lots location. Found great bargains on some things. Nice big store .

Has some very nice items not typical of a discount store, but mostly low priced items of value to ones on a tight budget. Good promos (sent to email). Stock varies by location and current supply chain issues. Always have the basics.
Frequent (literally free) premiums. Helpful staff. Good covid safety measures.
Got some excellent house slippers (BOGO - half of the second). Base price was good, sale price beat "W".
If you need home, deck or yard goods, snacks, party stuff, small furniture and the like check and you might save a few bucks and get decent quality/value.

This store was okay I have never been overly impressed but this day I learn they sell protein bars that's totally awesome. I will be back. The girl there didn't know how to give us the rewards but oh well right

Big Lots Milford has an outstanding staff. Very friendly respectful and helpful. My wife and I were immediately greeted and given help by a employee named Jamie in the furniture department. Later we strolled through the rest of the store and found everything we needed at a great prices especially the furniture. The entire store is stocked up, organized and most importantly clean, including the restrooms.

They either have what you need or they're out of what you need... other then that, it's a nice store has alot to offer. The ppl here are friendly and want to help you and will find what you need

Big Lots has a lot of items you normally buy every week for much cheaper. Some items have gone up in price since I've been shopping there but overall great for secret Santa gifts and much more!

Customer service was EXCELLENT! John in the furniture department is an awesome associate going out of his way to make sure we got everything we needed and answered all our questions. The only issue is the Milford store doesn't have Delivery Service anymore and that is a real negative aspect. Other than this issue I highly recommend this store!

First time in at this Big Lots store. It was well stocked and shelves were organized. There were plenty of workers on the floor ready to help.

I'll give them all the stars for this trip. They had what I needed, the line moved right along and our checker was quick.

This store looked very neat as always. All the workers were very respectful and very professional. The Store Manager, Donna, was very energetic, polite, and went above and beyond for me and another customer at the same time. I love coming to this store.

The employees have always been very pleasant to deal with at this location, I like shopping here, they have good deals and they are the only place that carry Snyder's butter snap pretzels and PopCorners,which are my 2 favorite snaks :)

My friend and i actually hit the jackpot with 75percent off of Easter merchandise..and they had lights on 🍇 grape light s on sale.. that I actually went to 2 stores to purchase
