I was needing diabetic supplies and the girls in the office helped me tremendously. They were kind and friendly and explained how everything worked with great detail. Will definitely be going back!

I went into this store to inquire about my options when purchasing a wheelchair.. Cherish helped me more than anyone! Instead having to come out of pocket she helped me get a prescription from my doctor and we used my insurance. Will definitely recommend this store for everyone.

On a very frustrating trip where my newly quadriplegic son's appointment to possibly get his SKULL put back in, his cath came off for a 2nd time. I call and luckily a lady answered the phone which is more than I can say about the other medical supply companies. I was able to tell her what I needed and they had and she said she would have waiting on me. I arrived and obviously due to Covid they do not allow in the building. Once the woman came to the door I told her I had called and what I was there to pick up. What should have been an easy grab and go turned into me standing in the cold, waiting on a supply I DESPERATELY needed to finish my 5 hour trip to Houston with my son while I watched through the large window all the women in the building walking around, horse playing, carrying on conversations with each other until I pecked on the window and waved my hand for them to come on. The girl finally brought the products to the door where I payed. As we leave due to we did not have much time and we had to back track just to get the supplies and being in a rush... en route to the appt I am applying the supplies to my son only to notice I did not have one of the MAIN things I needed and asked for in order to keep the product in place which deemed the trip a complete failure. I blame myself for not being better prepared but I also want to say that all the young ladies having a good time horse playing need to pay better attention to the customers and their needs. My opinion customer service was poor...and you may not have cameras there but those big windows sure showed a lot to this customer. I only give one star due to they at least answered the phone and let me know they had supplies.

Honestly I left "less than" when I spoke to someone at the store. People calling and inquiring about product are using ill. She was so dry and acted like she didn't care. She even answered the phone rude. I understand that it's not her fault about insurance taking a long time but she could show some empathy towards her customers. If I could use a different supply company I would however this is the one that my Dr uses. She is very snappy and defensive. I see why they on my have 1 star. Her name was cherish.

Staff was very rude! Thought they were being funny - said something very mean to me on the phone about my appearance, then laughed as if it was a joke. Continued to whisper and laugh behind their computers when I got to the store. Joke is on you! I will never use you again and will be telling every Doctor, family member and friend about my experience. This happened in the Nacogdoches store.

Terrible service. I went to get a custom wheelchair over 6 months ago and they have done nothing. They first tried to give me a standard wheelchair like I'm some kind of elderly person which is the complete opposite of what I asked them for. Then once I finally got it through their heads of what I wanted they never called me back or attempted to give me answers when I call to get a progress report. Instead they just give excuses and ignore me all together. I sincerely hope the people that work there get fired and replaced or they go out of business all together. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for any reason. Terrible company from top to bottom.

My husband has been a Registered therapy for 30 yrs and owned his own DME company for 15 yrs. My husband was in the hospital for 5 days with COVID. They delivered the oxygen to the hospital. The only follow up the call was to ask his height and weight.
Portable e cylinder did not work. We called them today and their customer service was horrible. They told my husband he needed to come and pick up his oxygen and hung up. We are both recovering from COVID and unable to do this and are now Covid negative .
They are going to deliver far away from our house!
Unreal! We will call Medicare !

I went to pick up a boot for my foot that my Dr prescribed me. I hobbled in the store and started to the counter, where someone else was checking out, when the lady said "umm we are closed." I said "oh ok." She said "you will have to come back tomorrow, we closed at 5:00." I looked at my clock it was 5:01p.m. she could have said instead (since they hadn't locked the door yet) I'll take your Rx now but it will not be ready till tomorrow. Nope, she was just rude. If I could use someone else, I would.

I needed a walker and a nebulizer on the day that I was released from rehab. It has been over a week and I finally have been called to pick up the two items. They do not deliver. I am home bound. I cannot pick up the items. Go somewhere else.

I went there today and the computer froze up on them and then one of them is looking at me and whispering in the other ones ear and then they started to laugh, then one of the them the blonde one tried to act like it was the computers they were talking about. I found them rude and someone should slap them upside their cow heads.MOOOOO!

Been waiting for over 2 hours for a nebulizer that they said would only be 15 minutes... I live almost 2 hours away and thought this would be a quick stop. I was totally wrong about that.
