I was in there today (Saturday 6/1/19). It was such a nice and neat store. The young lady with long brown hair was so helpful! I’m not sure of her name. She was very informative and helpful with all my questions and knew where everything was in the store when I asked for them. She talked to me like a person and not just another customer. When the store got busy she came back to me while I looked around to make sure I didn’t need anymore help. I thought it was above and beyond customer service that I have not experienced anywhere else! Thank you Tansi store for being so convenient and friendly!

Always helpful people. They know by the look on your face if you need help finding anything in the store or advice with the project you're doing. The only thing I would ask for them to change is the ability to use the rewards app at every store. We purchase tens of thousands of dollars worth of materials every year from Potter's Ace hardware, and we are unable to get any rewards because they are not a participant in that program. Other than the rewards they are the first place we go to get all of our stuff!

It's very hard to find any Real Hardware stores anymore. Potter's Ace not only carries almost anything you can think of, the store is loaded with neat, clean, organized, properly labeled, abundant inventory! The location has a great group of male/female employees that are readily available to guide you in the right direction and give friendly knowledgeable advice or service! It's a great group of people that put your cares before their bottom line! Thanks

It's a good place to go now since they got rid of the people that slow on the cash registers now that they got people in there that know what they're doing I love the place

Ace/Potters hardware is a good place to shop for sale items, bird food, plumbing parts paint, and get keys made or a lot of things that might be what you need and won't have to go to the big box stores. Give it a try!
