The ease of renting a unit was quick and painless. Rent and paid online, reviewed and signed 2 papers at location. Done! Was shown where the unit was located. Fran provided wonderful service. I highly recommend anyone looking for a storage unit to use this place.

Both of the leasing associates at this location (West Ave, Crossville, tn) were friendly and helpful. They made an otherwise stressful move a little easier to handle. I can’t remember their names but I know the lady was from Chicago and the gentleman used to live near the city in Florida from which I’m relocating!

It was good made my appointment online went back. Met with a gentleman got my storage unit he took me out showed me the storage unit made sure I was satisfied. Explain the whole thing to me. An overall good experience.

This is an excellent self storage facility!
They have a very secure property, and it feels very safe to go alone at night.

The staff were very professional, and made choosing and renting a storage unit simple. It’s a large complex, but they offered to drive me in a golf cart to view the available units. I will definitely recommend them to friends.

I was completely happy with the service I received from Robert, he was so helpful to determine the size I needed. Every question I had was answered with complete knowledge of the company. His co-worker was extremely helpful in taking me to my unit, showing me each benefit I had with the unit, which greatly helped me. If you need storage space, I completely recommend Go Store It. We are moving from Illinois to Tennessee and facility personnel are friendly and eager to help with anything that is needed to make our stay a positive one. The facility is clean and dry. The buildings look brand new. The facility is very large and has climate control spaces as well as drive up units. There is a large lot for RVs and boats. This is where you want to be.

Lori answered all my questions and was very helpful. The facility was well kept and very clean. My husband and I were very impressed. We would certainly recommend this facility to anyone needing storage.
