Was looking for a letter board letters organizer and I found this super cool beads organizer that worked perfectly for my letters. You can literally find anything and everything at Michael's. Fits perfectly in my drawer

Michael's at Renaissance Parkway (Target shopping center) has an excellent store manager and team members. I arrived at this location for a pick up order, and they were very helpful in informing me that I had placed my order at a different location (New Hope, also in Durham). Thanks to the team for helping me locate my order!

Always a great place to shop, the store is in a very good location. The shelves little empty in some parts of the store. They always have good promotions to give you good value for your purchases.

This store is by far above the quality and inventory of other local Michael's. Staff and manager (!) knew where things were and were pleasant and helpful. Actually drive past another local store to shop here.

Went there yesterday to get a picture frame and found exactly what I needed. They had good stock and it was very clean. Also their valentines decor is SO CUTEEEE! Might have to go back and snag some because it was a vibe.

The store is clean & strategically located. My main review is for framer Erica who framed an art piece for me. Erica helped me pick the wood frame & color that suits the art piece. After few days, I called the store number & they said it was ready. Erica framed it beautifully. As for the price, little expensive just be sure, you have framing discount . Thanks

I needed some supplies to make a special card. Nothing was on the website. I called the store asking for assistance and explained that I had limited mobility. I was met at the door by Chris, who proceeded to attend to my needs, he offered me a chair as he went about the task of gathering materials for me to select from. I was over the moon happy with the exceptional service that I was given. If you are ever in the store say hi to Chris, he is an amazing person!!

Gave excellent service provided me with great discounts. And was able to find everything I needed wonderful location. The location was clean well-stocked. The only thing I didn't like about it went it was only three people in the whole store to assist

Incredibly pleased with my experience at Micheal’s today that I’m literally writing this review while sitting in my car in the parking lot because I don’t want to forget to do it! Donna assisted me several times in finding items I was looking for. She was incredibly pleasant and helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure my online order was correct. I don’t enjoy shopping, but experiences like this make it enjoyable! Shout out to Dahjer (spelling?) for helping me get my stuff to the car!

This is one of the best organized and cleanest Michael's I've visited. I didn't need customer service so specifically so I can't speak to that, but I thought the cleanliness was worth mentioning. Also, the person who checked me out was really friendly :)

Great atmosphere in the store. Needed assistance but couldn't find any as everyone was busy.(It's the Christmas season) However, once we went to the checkout and requested assistance, we we helped almost immediately. We were mot shown were to go, we were brought to the areas where we needed products we were looking for.

The interior looked very modern, it was actually beautiful, much cleaner than some of the Michael's I've seen, I did not find what I needed, but the overall experience was 5/5 :)

Had difficulty getting yarn because rolling ladders and boxes blocked my way. Managed to get three of the skeins I needed. Checkout asked me if I found everything I needed and when I explained the blockade, she offered an unsolicited discount and apology. I wasn't upset, yet she responded to my explanation in a concrete way. I'll be returning today for the rest of my purchase.

I want to give this place 1 star!

However, that is not because of the store or the employees!! It’s because every time my wife goes in, she comes out with WAY more than she needed. Just need some foam for a school project? Leave all the discounted holiday items that she “just can’t pass up”!!

So fine!! Take your five stars!! But I am not happy about it!!

Michael's has a really good assortment of crafty things and ways to store it. I also have used them a few times for framing but it tends to be a little expensive so I usually wait for a coupon or do it myself. That being said the staff in the frame department are very knowledgeable and willing to help you out with cutting things to size.
