The UPS Store

This is my go-to UPS. The staff is always friendly even when I have a bunch of annoying Amazon returns. Vince was especially helpful and really nice about helping me out! There are other UPS locations that I won't go to anymore because when I walk in the staff acts like they want me to turn around and leave - no matter what I'm there for. Never like that here! Very convenient parking, clean location.

Thomas is amazing! He is patient, helpful and always a pleasure to work with! As well as any employee I’ve come in contact with at the Leland location! I can get in and out with no hassle to get my items shipped. Highly recommend!!

The women running the store were absolutely rocking it. Busy, polite and great customer service. There was a line curled to the door. Regina took care of me and made it an easy and enjoyable experience. She was gracious, patient, and efficient; handling all my packages to different locations with ease and a wonderful smile. Makes your business a go to place.

It’s so nice to have an efficient and capable UPS store right around the corner at Waterford in Leland NC. Lauren, Vince and Thomas were rock stars moving customers through quickly during a busy time. . All were pleasant and helpful! Thank you for the customer service guys!!

Thomas is awesome! Came to this UPS with some questions and Thomas was able to help with every single one. It's seems like good customer service is rare but not at this UPS. Yall will have my support and all my business moving forward.

"T" is always awesome! She is efficient and understands the urgency when the line is backed up out of the door. I hope she is valued and appreciated the way she should be. Myself and other customers love seeing her when we walk in!

Clearly one of the best UPS Stores I have worked with thru the years. These guys are quick, efficient, friendly, and helpful. My only fault is the fact that they only have one person in the store on Sunday’s.

The staff was very warm welcoming patient and considerate and took his time to complete my transaction he looked for other routes and ways to make my time there affordable, he could have easily ed another route that was more expensive however he took his time and made my transaction less than what it could have been and I greatly appreciate him for that thank you sir you are wonderful kind they are more people out there like you they just don't show their self as much and I'm very appreciative of you

I went to drop off a package here and was greeted by the most friendly and helpful person. I highly recommend using them for all of your shipping needs.

All I know is when I go to the UPS store in Leland, Vince seems to always be working and is the best employee I know! He greets all of us customers with friendliness and sometimes even jokes!

Went on a Saturday morning knowing it was a popular time. Young lady working by herself was very pleasant despite the fact that she was overwhelmed with customers/packages. Surprised she was the only one working. I love my UPS store, hope they can bring in more help.

I had a rather complicated return, and one of the employees, Thomas, was very patient and efficient in helping with the process. Each visit the staff is always welcoming and eager to help!
