Erica is AWESOME! She scanned my feet and fit me for the right shoes, which led to a lot of new learnings about my feet I wasn’t aware of, and how they’ve changed over the years. She patiently and expertly explained everything. Definitely exceeded expectations! I’m excited to place an order!

Today was my first time buying shoes here and the worker (totally forgot their name) was extremely helpful. He measured my feet, watched me run and gave me recommendations on shoes that would be best for me. He brought me three pairs and all of them fit great! I ended up buying a new pair of shoes and though it’s just been a day they feel amazing!

Very welcoming as soon as entering. Travis was exceptional as well as knowledgeable about what shoes were best for cross country. Observation of entire staff was top notch! Will definitely be returning again for any future purchases.

I had such a great experience here today! I have no idea what the associates name was that helped me but she was super nice! She helped me ensure I got a good fit with my Hokas. As a nurse I'm on my feet 12+ hours/shift so good shoes are a must. Thank you for helping me with some super cushy sneaks!

I went in on Saturday and got a new pair of New Balance and the salesperson immediately helped me and I was in and out in 15 minutes even though the store was really busy. Love Fleet Feet!

Jordan is the greatest salesperson ever. If they don't have your size, he will call around. He will bring a million shoes out until you are satisfied. Great store. Exceptional customer service!!

Nice friendly staff. They work with you too fit the shoe so that you can enjoy your runs. Most staff themselves are runner SSI they know what works and can guide you through shoes buying process.

If you are not sure what you are looking for, they can even look at your gait and suggest best option for you.

I had experienced back pain for a couple of years when I walked into this fleet feet for the 1st time. I spoke to the sales person on the floor, she looked at my gait and the way my Foot landed And made a recommendation. I wore them consistently for a month and my back pain disappeared. I don't know what their training program is, but I have bought 10 pairs of shoes from fleet feet over the years as a result..

As a nurse who is on her feet for 12+ hours at a time, I am very thankful for the staff at Fleet Feet. They were very knowledgable and allowed me to take my time (despite the line outside) to try multiple shoes until I found the perfect ones. Highly recommend!

My husband needed new shoes after another pair of shoes caused him serious foot pain on our last vacation to the point that he couldn’t walk. With another vacation coming up, we headed to fleet feet.Scott was incredibly helpful and picked out 4 perfect pairs of shoes. It made the decision really difficult! My husband ultimately decided on a pair and it allowed us to have an incredible time on our vacation- pain free!! Thank you guys for saving our vacation!

Best shoe store ever has the best running shoes!

I purchased a pair of shoes at the Collierville store on 8/5/2020; I did not really like the color and the brand was different that the ones I had BUT they were on sale so,,,, After getting home, I realized on sale or not, I did not like or want them. I returned them the next day and bought the pair I was originally eyeballing. Long story-short version - I love them! But as important I would like to thank Shelby and Emma for their help, great service and professionalism. Shelby even remembered what shoes that I had tried on the day before! Thank you both!

I have very wide feet, and it's been really difficult to find comfortable shoes that fit properly. Before I went to Fleet Feet, I spent a combined total of almost two whole hours looking for shoes at two other shoe stores and found nothing. Within half an hour of arriving at Fleet Feet, I found a shoe that was wide enough, comfortable, and one that looked good for me. I know exactly where I'm going next time I need new shoes.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I'm absolutely stoked that i could find a woman's shoe in a double E! Very hard to find! Usually i 'm stuck wearing men's shoes but not today! Highly recommend!👍👍👍
