Really kind staff, worked with me to keep my grandmother comfortable after leaving the hospital with no delays on delivery. I would definitely recommend as they are way more responsive as a small business than the typical medical supply company

I was referred to this company by the hospital I am having surgery at. The hospital told me that my insurance would cover all the medical supplies I needed..... they were wrong. However, walking into this store was the ABSOLUTE BEST THING I COULD HAVE DONE! When I walked in there was a sales associate and another women standing at the counter. The women behind the counter IMMEDIATELY greeted me and asked how she could help me. She introduced herself as "Carson" and proceeded to answer ALL OF MY QUESTIONS no matter how trivial or Ridiculous I thought they were, she still answered them with a smile. They also recommended some clearance products knowing that I was on a very tight budget being a single mother and finding out insurance wouldn't cover anything. She gave me more options than I ever could have hoped for as far as to get the products I needed and if it weren't for her recommending the "Care Credit" card I would have not instantly remembered that I had applied for a flex spend card through my company! Because of her, I save HUNDREDS of dollars that I could not afford to spend. Everything was covered under my Flexspend account with plenty of money left over for anything that may come up. She even carried everything out to my car. Carson was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND IF YOU NEED ANY MEDICAL SUPPLIES PLEASE GO HERE AND ASK FOR CARSON! I could not be more grateful for her. She took so much stress and anxiety out of this procedure for me and now I don't have to worry about how I am going to pay for these things or worry that I won't have them in time. She showed me every single Item I asked about walked me though the store and gave me her recommendations. I 100% trust her recommendations and will absolutely make this my supply store for life just because of her! Thank you so much Carson!

Forsyth Medical Supply has the best customer service and are very knowledgeable about everything you will need from mobility equipment to services you will need to recover in the comfort of your own home. Jessup and staff helped my dad after surgery with all the supplies he needed for a speedy recovery. Thanks Forsyth Medical!!

Just got fitted for an ankle brace by an extremely helpful associate whose name was Kai. She shared very useful knowledge about how ankle braces should fit and how they work. A different associate rang up the sale, and I don't know how or if associates get credit for specific sales ... so this is a shout out to Kai for her help and expertise!

My uncle and I brought my 87 year old grandmother here today and we were greeted right away. Plus, the lady who helped us was so great with my grandma who needed compression socks, that she even put them on for her and showed us the easiest way to do so. We'll definitely be back if we need anything else! Great service!

Under new management as of May 2018. All the girls are fantastic to work with super friendly store look fresh and new great lay out.open and inviting to shop in now. New sign outside new paint red strip around building easy to find. Great customer service management Brenna and Lisa are so sweet to work with go over and beyond. Love the new look. A++++

Carson was so helpful in assisting me with a lift chair rental. She also helped with fitting me for compression stockings. She was very friendly

Loved coming into the store. You can definitely notice that this company is under new ownership and management. Everyone is dressed in new red uniforms and, the associates are also very helpful and knowledgeable with all their products.

I really needed a supply and I got stuck in traffic. I called and they got my item ready for me so that I could come in at 5:31 and buy it, which they let me do. They were nice and helpful and I really appreciated their service.
