I recently visited R M Service and Sales and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and quality of products available. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel welcome and comfortable.

RM services is a great equipment store and we highly recommend it. They worked hard to meet requests and alterations to our quote, worked with us when lead times were too high, trying to find an alternative that would work for us. Sara has amazing customer service and highly recommend asking for her when needing assistance. She will go above and beyond what is asked to assist you and make sure you are happy with your purchase. Overall, we highly recommend RM for other food service stores looking for equipment.

Let me start by saying, if we could give 10+ stars we would! Had a equipment emergency, called RM and they had someone out to our restaurant in 1 hour. Was able to install a part we had on hand and stay until everything was working right. Thank you again for coming to our emergency and getting the job done. We greatly appreciate it!

Horrible experience. Called 3 times to try and get our ice machine fixed. Never showed. First time had the same issue but they eventually showed and then took a month to fix the machine. Come to find out they don't have a license to work on said ice machine.
