Wow! Visiting this location means you’ll be treated like a person, not a customer. I stopped by the clinic for a strep test on 3/16/23 and the nurse practitioner was very personable and really cared about my safety. She ensured I had the tools I needed to care for myself after the visit considering I’m 39 weeks pregnant and can’t take the normal sinus meds as that was the issue vs strep. She inquired about my care team and explained the importance of staying on top of those interactions for specific things. She was great!

Also, at checkout at the front, the cashier was very personable and helpful. She helped me find what I was looking for quickly, and built rapport in the process.

Everyone was friendly and helpful beyond what you’d expect in some retail stores. Currently trying to figure out how to switch my prescription history and future prescriptions to CVS.

Mr. Michael gives the best customer service in the pharmacy department! He explains everything and is extremely helpful with
any questions I had! He is a gem in Bartlett!!! I wish the rest of the staff would model his customer service excellence. My boyfriend and I are pleased to have met him tonight!!! Thank you Mr. Michael!!!

These folks are working so hard to make us and keep us all healthy. They are overworked and once smiling faces are showing signs of fatigue and distress at being under appreciated. I want to say I see you and I thank you for helping us tonight. I know how hard you are working and the long hours show me how much you care. I have used the pharmacy on Stage and Whitten for years and though I have to wait sometimes, I understand there are an overwhelming amount of prescriptions coming through. Look at the lines at any pharmacy around town. The people here are handling their business like pros. Thank you CVS team.

want to send a shout out to Jeff Faust! He has done a wonderful job at CVS. I sure is has been hard turning things around. But I have gone some of the best customer service in the last 2 weeks by CVS techs. Than I have ever gotten as CVS in 8 years. Jeff has always been very easy to deal with CVS is lucky to have you. The lasts 4 times i have gone up to the pharmacy. The workers are so nice and helpful and listen to what you need and seem to care. The lady that has helped me mostly is Contessi she is so sweet and helpful.
For all the CVS customers! If you download the CVS app and sign up. You can get Rewards for your meds that you already take and get free 5 dollars at CVS for every 10 fills. Also it makes your pick up process so easy just scan your app at pick up. You can also sign and pay from your phone. You can pay before you pick up under Express pickup. Technology is at your fingertips. It can make your life so much easier.

I would love to go to any other place. But my insurance is CVS only. I have been using this location for over 5 years. The last 3 have gotten so bad. The store is good but the pharmacy is the worst I have ever used. It takes to long to drop off and pick up in the drive thru. Last week they had a sign on the window to come in to pick-up. I had to get my toddler out of the car and take her in to a germy place in the middle of flu season. There was a guy sitting and waiting on meds coughing. With my daughter 4 feet away. Today I dropped off around 4pm. Never received a text stating any info about my meds. The app. says it is being processed at 4am. I don't even waist my time trying to call the store anymore. You never get help or nobody knows anything. I just don't expect much from them so I don't get as mad. I have talked to customer service many of time. The place never changes.

I mostly go to this location for the MinuteClinic. I have always been satisfied with the service received from Sally and Porsche (sp?). On my most recent visit I was seen by Thanh Nguyen. He was phenomenal! He really cared and it showed. He even called to check on me two days later. That has never happened!
The pharmacy staff is ALWAYS helpful and efficient. Sammy and Tanya are especially great! I appreciate their hard work and care for their patients.

Love this location! The customer service of the staff in the store and pharmacy is great!!! My daughter and myself visit at least 2- 3 x / week. We are always greeted, once in store and made aware of any clearance items./inside specials.

I had a wonderful experience - Teresa Agers was great and more than patient as we tried three times to get my pass account set up - in-between helping me , she had to deal with an angry customer , and handled both calmly and professionally- keeping her wonderful smile intact the entire time - this store needs more people like her!!!

Tasia was so helpful, friendly, and kept a big, beautiful smile in her face the whole time! But, the other employee, I think her name was Katrina, I couldn’t really see her name badge, was singing obnoxiously loud and laughing.

I love this CVS ! I am new at couponing and the person who helped me was very nice especially for working the overnight shift. Thank you to that man!

Minute Clinic Visit was fast and Nurse was very friendly looking for a small crowd and fast & friendly service this is definitely the place to go.
