Everyone is always so helpful. Especially the sweet young lady Madayja. (I know I didn't spell her name right). Everytime I go to this CVS, on Wilson Blvd, which is often, she goes over and beyond to help me. I hope they appreciate her good customer service.

This Pharmacy was the best. I received both of my covid vaccines here and Michele was very kind, told me about the possible side effects and was very helpful and answered my follow-up questions. I'd recommend this pharmacy to anyone who want to get the Covid-19 vaccine. I wish all the staff to be safe and healthy and may you all stay blessed.

What I see when I arrive at the pharmacy counter is a very busy staff that is stretched much too thin.

Take a look at the shelves behind the counter at what must be hundreds of prescriptions waiting to be picked up. Watch the staff trying to cope with drop offs, pickups at the counter and drive up window, and a phone that hardly stops ringing.

Imagine dealing with insurance companies, doctors, and occasionally nasty customers who take their frustrations out on you.

It must be very stressful back there. But they're coping. And they have a smile and a good word for you if you have one for them.

If you have a problem with something or someone at CVS Wilson Boulevard the only reasonable response would be to complain to whoever decides how much staff a CVS Pharmacy should have. It's safe to assume that decision is not made in the store.

Amiyah Gave me perfect service when I called she's very soft-spoken, kind and it was amazing for a first to hear someone like this from CVS, it goes a long way to have someone speak to you kindly

Very polite employees. My daughter went to get her 2nd vaccine shot. She checked in and was seen with in 2-3mins. Made sure she was doing ok and had her stay for at least 15mins before leaving...

Great sale prices and reward money.I received 55 dollars off my total.

I go Across Town to this CVS Pharmacy. They have a Great Group of People at this Store. They're Knowledgeable and Friendly and I Greatly Appreciate That.
