AT&T Store

After having a terrible experience at a different store. We found our selves at the ATT&T store in the mall. It was the best decision I made in awhile. Our salesman LeRoi was AMAZING!! We took care of everything we needed and explained everything to us. It was a real simple fix. I would definitely recommend LeRoi to anybody that needs to do business with ATT&T. He definitely brightened my day after the other store and other sales man made me feel like we could not do what we wanted. Not only could we get the upgrade that we wanted, we also left feel good about what we had done. THANKS LeRoi!!

Isaiah Love is the store manager at this location and he is wonderful! I dropped my phone in the lake and he took care of me. He was attentive and diligent in getting all of my issues resolved during that stressful time.. You don’t find customer skills like Isaiah possesses anymore.

Jaleel was amazing. New phone working good and his customer service was superb. This store is the best I’ve been to. Long time customer here.

Isaiah was an absolute pleasure to work with!! My ONLY complaint is that I hate waiting and unfortunately the phone I wanted wasn’t in stock and had to be ordered, but that’s no reflection on the fantastic service Isaiah gave!

I went to three AT&T stores before heading to this one. Leoroi or Leroy, I forget how to spell his name, saved the day once I arrived. He is the BEST AT&T salesman/employee I have come across. I explained to him how the three stores I went to before his had given me the run-around, and how they basically wasted my time trying to sell me stuff unnecessary internet upgrades, phone plans, etc.. Leoroi looks at me and says, “Don’t worry, my man, I gotchu. I’m going to get you right!” What sets him apart from the other AT&T employees is simply that he listened to me. He listened, analyzed my needs, then executed my iPhone upgrade in less than 30 minutes. Go see Leoroi, he got you!!

I came into AT&T trying to get fiber internet. I was having trouble at another store and Isiah solved my problem within minutes!! Great customer service!!!

A huge shout goes to Isaiah, he did an outstanding job of assisting me and upgrading my phone. Isaiah was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire transfer process. He had exceptional customer service and was personable. Overall, I had a great experience at this AT&T location.

Maria and Isaiah were wonderful! So kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They walked us through each step of an upgrade for my son, down to picking colors and cases, and perfectly installing the screen protector. They took the time to make sure we understood the bill, any charges we might see, and phone features. We have a store that’s closer to our house, but will make the drive to come back here to see them! Well worth it!

My experience with Isaiah was tremendous.He did everything he could to help with process with getting my family added to anew plan.
