They are very helpful with manners they see you coming to the shop store comes and open the for take your package.
Other places have the same logo they give you their boxes. When package is already packed they also charge a huge fee for shipping even you the label on.
Naw, I’ll keep the store Rio Pinar Plaza- 32825. Near the Nail Spa it’s my favorite place to go

I was visiting from out of town and needed to ship a few things. Going to a different location from what I’m use to for my shipping needs is always tough, but Grace made me feel like I was back home at my preferred store! She was knowledgeable, delightful, and had such a great attitude! Grace really made my experience great! I will definitely be a return customer when I’m in the area.

Customer service goes a long way. I was having a bad day but Grace helped me get my package out and she did it fast and with a smile even though I know I was probably hard to deal with that particular day. She even recommended a good spot to eat because I was unfamiliar with the area.

I had to do my first amazon return here recently and I am new to the process, and being an old lady I had an even harder time than others may. The young man, Javier, was very helpful and made sure I understood what to do and how the process works. I am very pleased with Javier’s customer service and appreciate his kindness in helping this old lady.

I came to this store because I had SEVERAL Amazon returns, and as soon as I walked in, Annie immediately assisted me. She helped me get all of my items on the counter and happily assisted my with getting them boxed. I forgot the address information, but luckily Annie was able to get it for me within a few seconds. She got me taken care of completely in a matter of minutes. I was EXTREMELY impressed. I have faith that she could do this easily with her eyes closed. I STRONGLY recommend this location to anyone who has shipping needs.

Long story short, the service here it’s always quick, the persons behind the counter are always making sure we receive an excellent service, even when this location it’s a bit further than the other UPS store close to my house I rather travel the extra few miles. Never disappointed.

Customer service by Gracelyn Ann was over the top. She went above and beyond to help me send an email to the store to get documents printed. She had a smile the whole time! Hard to find such great employees that care these days!

Wow! I am beyond impressed with the service from this location! The company I work for had a pretty complicated and large quantity print order and Annie was a tremendous help. She was informative, helpful, and knowledgeable. She helped me find great savings and gave me the best deals. With her patience and cooperation, she made something EXTREMELY important to our company, a LOT easier. I will DEFINITELY be back! Hopefully everytime I come here, I get Annie.

This is my local store for shipping packages and dropping off Amazon returns but I didn't realize how many other services they offer. I needed programs and signage printed for a work event and they were able to provide it all at prices better than any of the other vendors I'd looked into. The print quality was great and they turned it around well before I needed them in hand. Big thanks to the team for the helpful guidance.

I always do my shipping with ups and all my Amazon returns. They work fast and staff Tim always greets people when coming into the location and always willing to help.

Since they replaced the last manager I’ve had better experiences and even felt comfortable recently shipping a fragile heirloom to my family. The care they took in making sure the item arrived in one piece makes me eternally grateful. I can’t recommend them enough.

Customer Service was superb. I had a couple boxes that were large and they kindly offered to help me. Very sweet staff and full of smiling faces. Annie was very kind and helped me drop everything off. Highly recommend!

I dropped off my package here and the employees were so nice to me! Three girls in particular really stood out. I made sure to get there names because they deserve all of the recognition, Brooke Stephanie and Annie are always so helpful when I go in there. They make shopping so easy and always go over the top!
